WELCOME TO SURYA VILLA

This is our family vacation home so please treat it like your own!

A quaint & quiet vacation home amidst a picture perfect scenery with a stunning view of the Sattal lake and surrounded by lush green forests. We have hidden waterfalls, wonderful walks and a wide variety of unique birds to keep you company while you stay with us!

You will be living in middle of nature and not at a big city hotel, so please manage your vacation & expectation accordingly. There may be minor issue/inconveniences that come with a location like this, but we will do whatever we can to make sure you have an unforgettable stay!

ABOUT THE VILLA

-We have 3 fully furnished bedrooms with King Size Beds in each.

-The 2 top floor bedrooms have balconies with a gorgeous view of the lake and scenery

-The ground floor bedroom has a view of our garden and the mountains.

-Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with geysers for hot water which can be switched on when needed. Please do switch off the geyser when not in use.

-All bathrooms are equipped with towels of all sizes.

-We have toiletries available only on request from our dedicated caretaker. But do plan on carrying anything you may need except towels.

-We have spacious drawing with an attached bathroom. It also has a television with a cable connection so you have access to all your favourite channels.

-Fully equipped Kitchen with cutlery, serving spoons & dishes, cups, glasses, casseroles, pots & pans, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and some tea & coffee.

-We also have RO water in the house so which can be filled in bottles and used for making ice in our ice trays.

-The dining room has a dining table which seats 6 people around it.

-We have 2 private lush gardens with outdoor seating on either side of the house. There is also an upper garden with a fantastic upper view.

-The Outdoor furniture is light and can be carried around the house, i.e. to different parts of the gardens, to the upper garden, to the balconies etc., except the hammock, which is in the main garden with a beautiful view of the scenery.

Getting around

You can walk around the entire mountain and we will share details with you to hire a car whenever you need to go any places near by in case you do not bring your own car.

Interaction with guest

Since this is our family home, we usually aren't in Sattal. However it is a close community so we know many people around. We have a caretaker who can drop by/ you can call him to help with anything you need. If you would like someone full time i.e. a dedicated care-taker, we can check availability and confirm but it will cost INR 500 per day which can be paid to him directly.
