Poggio Campana is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of "Tenuta Cavallini" an important farm with 330 ha grounds. On request it is possible to take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked and visit the zoological centre. The 2 farm buildings, dating from the end of 1800, have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions, such as the wonderful "travertino" stone staircase. They are 20 m apart and can host 11 people in total. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. Clients are greeted with 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine on the house. 6 hours of mid stay cleaning included in the price. Weekly care of the garden and the swimming pool. Siena 140 km, Fiumicino airport (Rome) are 140 km away. Small private lake for fishing. Preferential rates at the local riding centre. Farm estate "Poggio Campana". 25 km from the centre of Saturnia. Private: grounds (fenced), garden, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 155- 90 cm, 29.05.-02.10.) with built-in steps. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
