my primary discomfort was the bed matressses. there were all very thin and horrible;extereamly uncomfortable to sleep on.Also not having dryer was not convinient at all, specially when we have few kids with us that dirty more clothes. Drying up the towel for next day was impossible. The cottage did not have air condition. couple of nights the tempreture inside became very high event with windows all openTwo of the beds were practically located in the leaving area and were deperated by a thin closet folder door. That made it impossible to fall spleep whent few others were still up making noise.
We are sorry that you were not comfortable throughout your stay. To ensure in the future that you reserve a cottage with the amenities that you wish, read over the Vital Statistics section of the web page. In this case, a dryer was not advertised nor was air conditioning. Also, the House Rules tab will provide you with a detailed inventory for the cottage as well. Hopefully this information will help you in the future.

Service in helping rent the cottage was very good ,easy and helpful, however the cottage was a disapointment, too much money not enough value, terrible beds,no fans, old furnishings,no cloths dryer, the walk to the down town was not even close to how it was advertised, and the home owner was at the property before the checkout time, which was to early, and checkin too late,Not recommendable!

Very clean well kept house with lots of room. Not to far from the beach witch is the best beach that you would go to in ontario, all sand and clean water. Stores are near by and lots of fishing spots. Would go back next year we had a great week..

The place was fantastic:clean, spacious, not cluttered. Two bathrooms and four bedrooms. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. The place is a walking distance from the beach but in really quiet neighbourhood on serene and peaceful street. We enjoyed the beach and the sunsets. We went several times to Sauble Falls provincial park which was very close. We went to amuzement park in Sauble Beach and we went horseback riding.
We would love to come back to this area again.

Rudy's Place made us feel right at home, the cottage is very spacious and very well kept. We were a 5 min drive away from the beach and minutes away from all amenities.
We will definitely be going back to Rudy's Place next summer!!!

I appreciated the quiet location of this cottage and it was clean and
spacious. There were a few things I didn't like. I think the check-in
time of 4:30 pm is rather late considering the previous renters have to
be out by 11 am. Also, I think the renter's responsibility should be to
leave the cottage tidy, not to do a thorough housecleaning at the end
of their stay. We were also expected to dispose of our own garbage
rather then leave it out for pick-up.
We liked having a 2 car garage to store our bikes and kayaks. Overall, I
would recommend this cottage.
Its clear on our web site that the checkout time is 11:00 A.M., the fact that the cottage has to be left clean at the end of your stay and that all garbage had to be taken to the land fill site 10km away.
