In Upper Salento, Sava in the province of Taranto, in the mysterious and fascinating land of the Messapi, the Greeks, the Byzantines there is an Ancient Masseria immersed in the beautiful Apulian hinterland nature and surrounded by vineyards and centuries-old olive trees : Masseria La Camardia name deriving probably Comes Arduus. In the surrounding countryside that stretches for about 15 hectares, adjacent to the main building, are located the houses Camardia five houses completely independent, adjacent to the main structure. They have what is necessary to spend a holiday in complete serenity and autonomy. Outside is a covered patio, equipped with barbecue to organize outdoor barbecues and a small private garden with sun terrace. The owners, Elizabeth and Tonio reside in the main building (about 200 meters from the houses), which provide effective assistance and discreet their ospiti.Presso the complex of Masseria La Camardia you can enjoy a tennis court and a football five in the latest generation of artificial grass, as well as a semi-Olympic pool and a pool for both children with salt water and purified according to the latest standards, available to guests from 15 May to 30 October (if weather conditions allow) . For joggers there is a chance to make the health paths within a green park with tall trees of more than seven hectares inside which was also equipped a playground for children. Finally you can rent bicycles for wonderful walks in the green of the Mediterranean maquis and the nearby beaches. At Masseria La Camardia you can also taste high quality wine and food products from neighboring farms that use local raw materials processed according to traditional methods: extra virgin olive oil to the primitive wine Sava and Manduria up to baked goods (tarallini, biscuits, friselle, wheat bread and pucce) and those coming straight from the Farm with the seasons (peppers, eggplant, buns, tomatoes, watermelons and melons, etc.). Just 15 minutes drive you can reach the most beautiful and pristine beaches of the coast classified among the most beautiful in Europe.
