Thank you SO MUCH to Manderly and Marcia at Savannah Dream Vacations, for making our recent trip to Savannah so wonderful!! We stayed in the Judge White Cottage for our honeymoon and had an AMAZING time!! Why stay in a boring hotel, when you can stay in a piece of Savannah's history?? The humble little cottage is your first tour of historic Savannah, and has a great story to go along with it! We absolutely loved how cozy the upstairs loft bedroom was...we didn't want to leave! The "little crooked house" which is another name for the Judge White, has been kept in great condition, which adds to it's historical value...yet, it also has been updated for modern convenience, offering a newly renovated full kitchen and bathroom! I have read previous reviews that mention the house being crooked and the bathroom shower stall being small, but my 6'2" husband fit just fine in there and the house being a little "crooked" just adds to it's charm. Those 2 issues pale in comparison to the rest of the property. That's right, you get to stay in a private property, with a private parking space. That means, no waiting for valet to retrive your car and no parking fees or tips. The cottage is also located within walking distance of anything you'd want to see in downtown Savannah. In fact, while on the historic trolley tour, we passed the cottage several times. It was also neat to be able to share with the trolley guide and other passengers that we were staying in one of the historic sights on the tour! There is also a lovely back yard on the property, where we shared a very romantic breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, this reminds me that beyond the charm and beauty of the cottage we stayed in, we also enjoyed full consierge service from Manderly and Marcia. They took LOTS of time to personally write us and ask if we needed any help planning our trip. They sent many emails with detailed information, based on what we asked, with helpful links and guides to help us plan our trip and even make reservations for us. They also offered a breakfast delivery, which I surprised my husband with, and in turn I was the one surprised by how beautiful and generous the gift basket was! I initially asked for 2 days worth of breakfast and we enjoyed it for every morning of our 4 day trip! I can't thank them enough for arranging such a beautiful stay. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us every step of our trip, even after we arrived. It was definitely a perk of booking with Savannah Dream Vacations, versus a plain old hotel. The prices were very fair and the same or cheaper than hotels in the same area, and their name really does reflect their service...we definitely had a Savannah Dream Vacation and we will surely be back for many more!

My husband & I recently spent a long weekend at the Judge White cottage & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage while historical provided all the modern amenities. The property was very clean & comfortable. The location was great for early morning walks to Henry's for breakfast and near the river walk and other restaurants and bars. Marcia, acted as our concierge and made reservations for us for dinner & offered to do more. Marcia and Savannah Dream homes was very kind, helpful and eager to do whatever we needed to make our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend Savannah Dream Homes and the Judge White cottage for your next vacation in Savannah.

“50th Birthday Celebration”

This cottage is a fabulous location and home away from home. This was our first visit to Savannah and we stayed here for four nights to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. It was comfortable, convenient, and cozy. There are a multitude of delicious places to eat very near by. Manderly and Marcia at Savannah Dream Vacations were fabulous. Marcia made several dinner recommendations and reservations for us and all of them were fabulous. She even arranged a special table for us on my husband's birthday at the Olde Pink House. The cottage is exceptionally clean and well kept up and it has recently been updated. If you are physically challenged, as others have mentioned, the stairs are a little tricky, but for us they were not a problem at all. This is a wonderful location for anything in the Historic District. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again.

This was mine and my husband's first time in Savannah and we could have not picked a cuter house! The location was great as well! We walked all over Savannah from the cottage. The only time we got in the car was to drive out to Tybee Island, which was great! The house was perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfortable that we slept in every morning, which is something we never get to do...so we took advantage of it! The house is extremely cozy and we looked forward to getting back to it every night to just hang out together! The court yard in the back is perfect!! It's absolutely adorable! I would highly recommend the Judge White Cottage to anyone I know going to Savannah! We will definitely be visiting Savannah and the Judge White Cottage again!

We just returned from a four night stay in Savannah at the Judge White Cottage. It was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed. The cottage had a lot of character that made it more fun to stay in than a hotel room. The location was the perfect and only a few blocks from riverstreet and many other shops/retaurants. We did bring our dogs with us and they enjoyed the fenced in courtyard in the back as well as the park right across the street. Manderly made this process very easy and smooth. We will not hesitate use Savannah Dream Vacations on our next visit to Savannah!

We stayed in the Judge White Cottage for the Labor Day Weekend. When we first arrived, we were a little concerned because it was very hot upstairs and we weren't sure we could sleep up there. Fortunately, our hosts, Manderly and Roman, were determined to make our stay pleasant or refund our money. Roman arrived in the nick of time with a window a/C unit and saved the weekend! It was nice and comfy after things cooled down. There is a tricky circular staircase in this house, so watch the "climbing stairs after drinking". The location was great walking distance to everything we needed to see and do ...shopping, restaurants, and the squares. The only thing I would recommend to travelers is come to Savannah in the Early Spring, Late Fall or Winter, otherwise be prepared for Hot and Humid weather!

Love this cottage! We were able to walk to almost everywhere downtown - the Tearoom, River Street, Starbucks. Easy to get to Tybee Island and the Southside. Every day we would return "home" - not to a hotel room, but to what we felt was our own little piece of Savannah history. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed the cottage. It has everything you could need, perfect get away for a romantic weekend getaway. The location is well within walking distance to the attractions plus the off street parking is a plus. This was the first time I have not stayed in a hotel and I must say the entire experience was very pleasant from the moment I contacted Manderly. Thank you for a wonderful time and we will be returning!
