My friends and I went to Savannah for St Patricks Day weekend and we were so happy when we arrived. The home was just far enough away from all the shenanigans so not to be disturbed, but close enough to be able to go back and forth to River street. The home was incredibly comfortable and the off street parking was a bonus!!

We have stayed in Savannah many times and this was one of our best experiences. The quarters were roomy, comfortable, well-equiped, and everything was as exactly as represented. All of the arrangements worked as expected. The patio and assigned parking were big pluses. The location is on a pleasant square and in walking distance of all of the historic district - and the Kroger.

This was our second time renting this lovely townhouse. I only return to places my wife and I enjoy! The house is well appointed and a pleasure to spend time just being there. The location means your car can stay in the private parking spot provided with the rental. Will definitely return.

Great location, leaving the car parked and walking to restaurants and places of interest within blocks were nice. Very clean, nicely decorated. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen and washer and dryer excellent ...but the stairs going to the second floor very narrow and hard to get suitcases up without feeling like you will fall down. Knowing that this place is very old, I still wasn't ready for the old smell.

We did have a shower issue which resulted in water coming through the ceiling. However that matter was dealt with very promptly and the contractor and workmen were a credit to the city, pleasant, information and very mindful of the fact that we were visitors. The house was within easy walking distance of downtown and the river, while not being in the middle of things. Only downside was a tropical storm but that what umbrellas are for.

We really enjoyed our visit to Savannah. The townhouse on Perry was extremely comfortable; quality bed linens and mattresses, nicely furnished and located in a good part of the historic district. Lastly, all my interactions with SG staff were handled promptly and professionally. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.
“Like stepping back in time - beautiful home, friendly neighbours”

Detailed, great instructions on what to do in the house and information about local restaurants, and places to go. Clean, gorgeous home with great photography up on the walls, and all the necessary amenities we could desire. Clean, modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a lovely living area.
We travelled with a 2 year-old, and the set-up was really easy with her (and she loved exploring the place).
One surprise for us, was between 9 and 10 almost every night, when most of the minimal traffic from the daytime had essentially disappeared, you would hear the sound of horse-drawn carriages approaching and then passing by, as they were returning to their stables for the night. In the surrounding settings, it was pretty easy to imagine that we were residents from a different era, listening to the same sounds we would have a century or two before. Amazing.
