Description

Une construction en bois de qualité, disposant d'un spa privatif, c'est votre gite à la Colline de Palou. Conçu pour 2 personnes, vous trouverez des équipements confortables ainsi qu'une décoration soignée.

Au calme sans être isolé, vous êtes à 10mn d'Avignon.

Le chalet comprend un séjour climatisé avec cuisine, salon et coin repas, 1 petite chambre + 1 dressing, 1 salle d'eau, le tout ouvrant sur une vaste terrasse avec jacuzzi privé.

L'extérieur du gite est clôturé et vous offre un jardin d'environ 900 m2, bordé par la garrigue sur plusieurs hectares.

Situé au point le plus haut de la propriété en colline, il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. Notre maison se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres plus bas et l'accès à la propriété est sécurisé.

En été, vous pourrez également accéder à la piscine familiale que nous partageons avec nos hôtes. Il s'agit d'une piscine hors sol, diamètre 5m50 et 1m20 de profondeur.

La tranquillité se méritant, il est nécessaire d'emprunter un chemin de terre (carrossable) sur environ 400 mètres pour accéder au gîte.
