Appartamenti in agriturismo nel verde della campagna a Reggio Emilia

Ci troviamo nella quiete della campagna a soli 3 km da Scandiano, nella zona pedecollinare tra Reggio e Modena, siamo nel cuore dell'Emilia perciò tappa ideale per visitare la regione

L'agriturismo è all'interno di un'azienda viticola biologica di 10 ettari da cui ricaviamo i tipici vini della zona, tra cui il famoso Lambrusco DOC

La struttura è una tipica casa contadina del 1800 in pietra a vista ristrutturata rispettando stile e colori originali

Disponiamo di 3 caratteristici bilocali all'interno del casale, a piano terra con ingresso indipendente e 4 monolocali nel nuovo fabbricato realizzato sul retro del casale stesso

Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di cucina accessoriata, TV asciugacapelli aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomi

POSSONO OSPITARE FINO A 4 PERSONE OGNI APPARTAMENTO

Il Monolocale si trova a piano terra e dispone di letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli con reti a doghe e materassi in myform + divano letto

Le tariffe includono sanificazione ad ogni cambio ospite, utenze, cucina accesoriata, biancheria, pulizia finale, parcheggio interno video sorvegliato, wi-fi e aria condizionata

Affittiamo anche l'intera struttura a GRUPPI che possono mangiare insieme nell'ampio parco dotato di gazebo e barbecue o nella sala comune con camino e tavolo lungo ben 5 metri

Per il vostro relax abbiamo realizzato 5000 mq di parco con gazebo barbecue solarium ping pong e parco giochi, potrete inoltre passeggiare nei nostri vigneti in tutta tranquillità
