Description

Painter's Cottage has a lovely country feel and is set on a farm in the North York National Parks, only 8 miles from Scarborough and 10 from Whitby. Light and airy, relaxed and personal and yet still very much as luxurious as all our four star self-catering holiday cottages.The large fully equipped dining kitchen is a real home-from-home experience. Self-catering holiday cottages don't come much more homely than this.

We have super fast WiFi too.

Painter's Cottage is a fresh and beautiful member of Murk Head's family of self-catering holiday cottages. You don't need to be a painter to stay here, but when you have seen the magnificent views of the North York Moors National Park, you'll probably wish you were. Painters Cottage has won a four star gold award for 2014.

Beautiful cottage set within a stunning area of the Moors.. Joanna and Robin are the most perfect hosts with nothing to much trouble.. We stayed over New year and enjoyed a very peaceful time with our two children.. The cottage was well equip with all we required in the kitchen and is well decorated throughout.. Location is ideal for both Whitby and Scarborough and the views are stunning.. Would highly recommend and hope to return again..

If Joanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
