Description
The Villa Sogni d'Oro in the beautiful valley of Fraginesi is a real jewel and very special. The owners have created a small paradise in the 3300 square meter garden. The mediterranean vegetation is very well maintained. Guests can relax at the 5 by 10 meter swimming pool with deck chairs, sunshades and an outdoor shower (hot / cold). The pool normaly is open from may to early november. A large outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a pizza oven invites you to enjoy dinner. Two apartments in the villa offer a total capacity for 10 persons, with wonderful antique furniture. Around both apartments there are numerous terraces where you can plan your day at breakfast or just relax and enjoy the sun and the sights of the valley. The owners live in the middle part of the complex, so that they are always available and willing to help.
The large apartment for 4 to 6 people on 130 square meters offers 2 floors with everything you need for a fantastic holiday . In the typical Sicilian style kitchen everything is available (cooker, oven, fridge freezer). From the kitchen you enter the living-room with a TV. In the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet and sink) . A curved , elegant wooden stairway leads up to a large gallery area . There you can relax in a second living area in front of the fireplace. From the front balcony you have a great view of the pool and mountains. Behind the living area is the gallery where you can find another double bed. To the right hand a fine wooden door leads into another bedroom with a double bed and a huge luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a shower with a seat, sink and a toilet.
From the front balcony you have a beautiful view as well. A heating makes this apartment interesting in the winter months for cyclists, hikers and climbers. The villa is perfect for people who appreciate the tranquility and ambience, but do not want to miss the proximity to the beaches, the places to visit and Castellammare del Golfo with a lot of nice restaurants and always a bit of night live depending of the season.
Your rental car can be parked within the complex and the object is observed for your security.

Die Villa Sogni d'oro im wunderschönen Tal von Fraginesi ist ein echtes Kleinod und etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Eigentümer haben in dem 3300 Quadratmeter großen Garten ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Die mediterrane Vegetation ist sehr gepflegt. Die Gäste können im 5 mal 10 Meter großen Swimmingpool mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Außendusche (warm/kalt) inmitten dieser tollen Vegetation entspannen. Eine große Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen lädt zu ausgiebigen Abendessen ein. In der Villa bieten 2 Appartements insgesamt Platz für 10 Personen, die mit wunderbaren, alten Möbeln eingerichtet sind. Drumherum sind zahlreiche Terrassen auch vor jedem Appartement, wo man beim Frühstück den Tag planen oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Die Vermieter wohnen im Mittelteil, so dass sie jederzeit ansprechbar sind und gerne Tipps geben.
Das große Appartement für 4 bis 6 Personen bietet auf 130 Quadratmetern und 2 Etagen alles, was man für einen traumhaften Urlaub braucht. In der im typisch sizilianischen Stil gemauerten Küche ist alles vorhanden (Herd, Ofen, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination), die in den ersten Wohnbereich mit Fernseher übergeht. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich noch ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und ein Bad (Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken). Über eine geschwungene, elegante Holztreppe gelangt man in den oberen, als große Galerie angelegten Bereich. Dort kann man in einem zweiten Wohnbereich vorm Kaminofen entspannen. Von dem Balkon davor hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Pool und die Berge. Hinter dem Wohnbereich steht auf der Galerie etwas abseits gelegen ein weiteres Doppelbett. Rechts führt eine edle Holzschiebetür in ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein riesiges luxuriöses Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi-Wanne und Sitzdusche sowie Waschbecken, Toilette und WC. Von dem Balkon davor hat man einem ebenso traumhaften Blick. Wer das Appartement einmal betritt, möchte am liebsten nicht mehr weg. Eine Heizung macht diese Wohnung auch in den Wintermonaten für Radfahrer, Wanderer und Kletterer interessant. Die Villa ist für Menschen geeignet, die Ruhe und Ambiente schätzen, aber die Nähe zu den Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht missen möchten. Ein Auto ist erforderlich und Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
Dieses große Appartement ist erst ab 4 Personen zu vermieten. Ausnahmen sind in Absprache mit dem Vermieter möglich.

Response from the manager Wir hatte bewusst auf eine Bewertung der Familie Lefebvre verzichtet, weil uns nicht an Polemik gelegen ist. Die Eheleute haben sich die Villa noch vor Buchung angeguckt - was nicht üblich ist. Würden wir das immer so machen, könnten wir die Villa ja nicht mehr vermieten. Damals waren die beiden begeistert und hatte nichts auszusetzen. Doch nachdem sie dann angereist waren ging der Ärger los. Noch nie vorher haben wir so viel Dreistigkeit, Hochmut, Überheblichkeit und Anspruchshaltung erlebt. Da wurde der Pool von Freunden genutzt, die gar nicht dort wohnten und über jede Kleinigkeit gemeckert. Ich musste mehrfach den Besitzer der Villa beruhigen, weil er kurz davor war diese Gäste rauszuschmeißen. Ich habe mehrfach versucht zu vermitteln, aber das war bei dieser Familie nicht möglich. Als ich das System der Aircondition erklärt habe und warum es mit Verlassen der Haustür nicht aktiv ist, bekam ich ein hochgradig unfreundliche und unzeitgemäße Antwort. Das System soll verhindern, das Gäste den ganzen Tag die Aircondition laufen lassen, wenn Sie das Haus verlassen und an den Strand fahren. Strom ist teuer auf Sizilien und bei uns im Preis inbegriffen. Leider hat es immer wieder Leute gegeben, denen Umweltbewusstsein und Energiesparen völlig egal sind. Deshalb haben wir dieses System eingerichtet. Die Antwort von Herrn Lefebvre daraufhin: Es sei ihm egal, wie viel Energie er verbrauche, wenn er die Aircondition den ganzen Tag laufen lassen möchte, sei das seine Sache. Natürlich gibt es auf dem Land Isekten wie Ameisen und Bienen. Unnötig zu erwähnen wie wichtig Bienen für die Umwelt sind. Unmengen an Insektiziden zu spritzen, ist wohl keine Lösung. Natürlich wird jedes Jahr zur Saison das Haus gründlich desinfiziert und von Ameisen befreit. Aber sobald Gäste etwas liegen lassen, sind die dann schnell wieder das. Wir vermieten die Villa fast das ganze Jahr über. s ist das meistgefragte Objekt - auch wegen des extrem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wie die Familie ja selbst gesagt hat, ist es eine wunderschöne Anlage, die sie sich vorher angeguckt haben. Auch steht in der Beschreibung, dass die Vermieter im Mittelteil wohnen und sie stehen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, was vor allem Deutsche Gäste zu schätzen wissen. Wir hoffen, dass wir nie wieder solche Gäste ertragen müssen und wünschen Sie auch keinem anderen.
