Description

You will LOVE staying in this amazing condo in the beautiful Valley of the Sun!

Updated with all the comforts of home, this clean and comfortable resort-style condo has a remodeled kitchen, bathrooms and living room. The living room and bedrooms all have flat-panel TVs, Rokus, and DVD players (Blu-Ray in the living room). The living room also has a TiVo. We have wood blinds and curtains for privacy in the bedrooms, Corian counter tops, crown molding, Pergo floors, new sinks, fixtures, and tile in bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and ceiling fans throughout. The Master bedroom is ideal with a large walk-in closet, 2 queen size beds, and a private bath. The second bedroom also includes a queen size bed, computer and printer, while the third bedroom features two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen for 'at home' convenience as well as a washer/dryer. You can literally bring just your clothes and toiletries! Everything down to the dish towels, beach towels, spices and can opener is here!!

As seasoned travelers ourselves, we found that many rental condos provide only the bare minimum...just a few pots and pans, no seasonings in the kitchen and heaven forbid that you'd need more than one roll of toilet paper during your stay. We set ourselves apart by providing many extras so you won't have to go out and buy these essentials when you arrive. (The last time we rented a condo in Florida we had to spend nearly $100 just to have the basic necessities like salt, pepper, paper towels and laundry & dish detergent.) Our condo has just about everything you need.

Bella Terra at Paradise Valley is a resort style community with a gorgeous pool and spa. There is a covered cabana with water misters, ceiling fans, and two gas grills. Charcoal grills are also located throughout the complex. The clubhouse facilities offer a state-of-the-art fitness center with a flat screen TV, business center, and large gathering room.

This unit is also perfect for temporary corporate housing.

This beautiful condo is centrally located, about 2.5 miles from the 51 Freeway and any shopping you can imagine. There is a Fry's (grocery) Flagship Store, Traders Joes and a Whole Foods less than a 1/4 mile away... and an In-n-Out Burger close by too!! (Yes....it's our favorite!)
