The home is beautiful and very well equipped(best we have ever had). The location was perfect-50 yards from the beach. The week went too fast and everyone wants to come back.

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen was so nice also. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend staying in this house!

Our family enjoyed our week at 20 Sandhill Crane, Sea Pines. The home is beautifully decorated. The nicest we have ever rented. Best kitchen ever. The house is prettier than the pictures show. Having a pool in the back yard is the best thing to do with small children. The beach is close with no steps so it was easy. We loved the landscaping in the Sea Pines area. It was perfect walking or riding bikes in partial shade without fighting truck or car traffic. ( We loved the area and voted that we like it better than Florida.) The "Wow" factor for sure. Great service from Beach-Properties.

We rented this home for my daughter's wedding and it proved to be one of the best location on the Island. The wedding itself was not on site, but the house served as a meeting point for our guests, and it was a hit for everyone. Elegant, spotless, private, ocean view, would we go back? obviously...not to mention that we have rented homes with Beach Properties for several years now and they have never failed us.

We loved staying in Sea Pines. It was the perfect spot for all our large family- 17 in all. The house was beautiful, comfortable and what a peaceful, setting. The house did need a little more dusting, but overall clean. The people at Beach Properties were helpful and courteous and we felt very reassured that all would be handled properly. We look forward to working with them on our next annual family vacation.

Be aware that the kitchen/main living area is on the third floor. We rented this house primarily because of the handicap access but having the main living area on the third floor makes it more difficult.
“The most beaufitul, comfortable and accomodating home ever!”

We had a group of nine girlfriends who stayed in 20 Sandhill Crane the week of May 14th, 2011. Our jaws dropped when we entered the house and we (really!) squealed with delight :) It is the most beautiful home I've ever stayed in. The home is layed out with two seperate sitting areas, a beautiful dining room table that seated all of us as well as ample sleeping areas. We all felt like there was plenty of room. We had the perfect mix of privacy and togetherness. It was just what we were looking for. The master king suites are fabulous and all of the other rooms are spacious, each with a private bath. We found everything in good working order and our rental company checked on us to make sure we found everything to our satisfaction. We were 1 house back from the beach, it took us 30 seconds to walk to the beach and the path runs right next to the house. You'll find a beautiful ocean view from one of the king suites as well as the great room. If we could go back tomorrow, we would!!!

We had a great time during our week in Hilton Head at 20 Sandhill Crane. The service from Beach Properties was very good and very easy to deal with. The home worked great for us with 10 people in our group plus two dogs. The location of the home is excellent with just about 75 yards to the beach. The layout worked great as we were able to spread out even to have some peaceful time. Good location and easy access to all necessities. The only issues we had were (1) No one had picked up the garbage for previous rentals so have of the cans were full and there were not clear instructions on how or where to get a pickup.(2) We were unable to use the gas grille as it was filthy and I wasn't about to try and clean it in order to use it.(3) There are blinds in the bedroom on the second floor that need to be replaced.

First, I would like to thank you for choosing Beach Properties of Hilton Head and taking the time to complete this survey.
I apologize for the issues you encountered and please be assured that they have been taken care of. If I am reading the work order system correctly, the A/C issues were resolved during your stay as was the icemaker. I will mention the issues with light being burned out to our inspector to be more diligent with the maintenance inspection of the home prior to guest arrivals. I do not show any issues reported about the pool, but will alert the pool company to pay special attention to the filtration system.
Thank you again for choosing Beach Properties of Hilton Head for your vacation plans.
