We had a great time. The views were great! We were disappointed that we were not able to use the garage and elevator since the kitchen was on the second floor. The house's furniture were in disrepair in the two living areas. For the amount paid we expected more updated furnishings.

Four guys came with the primary goal of escaping Ohio for three and a half days to play some golf. We mostly needed a place to sleep. In the off-season, the accommodations were nice without somebody sleeping on a pull-out sofa and sharing a bathroom at a reasonable price. We found the home to be clean and well-maintained despite a rather peculiar floor plan. It would be a nice home to stay summer or off-peak. The check-in by phone and a packet forwarded to us couldn't have been easier.

26 Duck Hawk is fantastic house to rent. It is so large that we all got the opportunity to be together when we wanted but also the opportunity to hide away! The location is perfect and close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants.
Beach Properties was wonderful. We had two problems and both times they were handled immediately. I would highly recommend them. The rental company they use for baby equipment and beach chairs was also outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are looking forward to a family vacation again next year.
“Wonderful family time in a beautiful home and location.”

It is always nice to stay in Sea Pines because of the endless bike trails and access to South Beach Marina and of course Harbour Town. This was a beautiful home, it really is a quiet and private oceanfront home with all of the provisions we needed. Even though the condos we've stayed at in the past were nice, it's really great to be in a home and have your own pool and so many balconies to enjoy the sun and views. We would definately stay here again.

This has been the year for pests, but we do finally have it under control with this home. The monthly treatments are some times put off by guests and it is sometimes a challenge to reschedule in a timely fashion. As for the trash issues, I can only apologize and have personally spoken with the owner of the trash company about his drivers completely missing this home during the week.
Thank you again for choosing Beach Properties of Hilton Head and again, I apologize for the issues you encountered and hope that you will think of us when planning your next vacation!

This was our first time to Hilton Head. The house was very spacious, but not decorated as nicely as other places. It was inconvenient to have to rent everything. We have grown accustomed to beach chairs, beach toys, umbella's on site and a few staple household items. detergent for washer and dishwasher, etc. We purchased and left many items as I am certain we aren't alone so I wonder why not just leave them in the house for others to use and enjoy.

We had a wonderful experience renting this lovely home from Beach Properties of Hilton Head. This was the sixth time we had rented a house in Hilton Head, but our first experiencewith Beach Properties. The service was courteous and there were no problems. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Since it was nearly ocean front, we had an easy walk to the beach and a lovely view of it from the upper deck. The home was great for our family, which included two grandchildren. There were several deck areas for eating outside, spacious living and eating areas inside, and a lovely pool. Would definitely rent this house again.

I enjoyed my stay at 26 Duck Hawk, the house was quite nice but we did like that the grill would not work. Also, you cleaning company could do a little better.
This was my first visit to Hilton Head, since my group are not golfers there was very little to do. Tennis and bicycles did not excite me. The island is not an easy drive, signs are hidden in trees and bushes, by the time we found what we wanted my interest level was getting low. Locals want to keep their island beautiful, as not signs, etc, but tourists friendly needs to be improved. Upon arriving on Hilton Hill the first person we met stated if we are not golfers or play tennis there is nothing to do, he was so right. Your island is beautiful, life goes on and I'm off to another location.

Pros: House was in a great location in Sea Pines. Private access to the beach was great for the kids running back and forth. Lots of space to the home so you can spread out. Enough room so large group can all eat at the same table. Nice to sit on the deck at night and hear the waves.
Cons: Somewhat dated, especially kitchen and lower level bath. Limited kitchen supplies (not a single sharp knife). Outside trash cans 3/4 full and not collected until day 5 of our stay and 4 calls to management. Pool is covered so not heated by sun. Recommend heating pool.
