This updated Sea Pines vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and has a long driveway leads up to a covered car port. Upon entering the home, there is a lovely living room with wide wood plank floors, built-in book case and comfortable seating. The couch is a sofa bed. A door to the right leads into the kitchen and the formal dining room is straight ahead from the living room. The three areas all flow easily together. The dining room table seats 8 people. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a round table for 4 and a breakfast bar that seats 3 more people. There are granite countertops, flat top stove and plenty of room to prepare great meals.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in this home. A separate master wing is located to the side of the dining room. It is entered through a doorway (that can be closed) into a long hallway. On the right side of the hallway are 2 separate, full bathrooms. The first one has a shower only and the second one has a whirlpool tub only. On the left side of the hallway are 2 large walk-in closets with windows. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom. It has angled, wood beam ceilings, a king size bed and a 32” flat screen TV. There is a door out to the walled patio by the pool. This bedroom cannot be closed off separately.
The other 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. One bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath with a shower/tub combination. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower only. One of these bedrooms has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has 2 double beds.
The backyard is sunny and pleasant. A decorative brick wall surrounds a patio with a wrought iron table and chairs. Next to the patio is the pool with lounge chairs. An outdoor gas grill is conveniently located for serving the perfect BBQ. There is also a small grassy area next to the pool. This home is about a 7 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride.

Our second time at 4 Greenwood Ct. And our 35th year at Hilton Head. Our son and his girlfriend loved preparing dinners in the well equipped kitchen. Our niece and nephew went running each day on the beautiful trails. My husband and sister- in-law and I treasure these times for our kids to share and we look so forward to going each year. The house is super comfortable, with two master suites as well as two additional bedrooms. Great meals in the dining room that is separated form the other areas by sets of French doors. Renting many years with great results from beach properties.

My family (3 brothers, 2 sisters and a gaggle of nieces and nephews) planned our vacation together. With 35 of us we rented 3 homes close to each other. I have been going to Sea Pines every summer since 1998 and absolutely love it!
Our house was clean, neat and offered a wonderful open floor plan for entertaining. Our house hosted a Mexican dinner night for the entire family. There was plenty of room both inside and outside the home.
The pool was great and received just enough sunshine during the day.
We weren't as close to the beach as we have been in previous years but that was fine since one of the other homes was and we just drove over there. For the price we paid it was perfect.
It was a wonderful vacation and well worth repeating again!!

The home was very clean and comfortably furnished. Because we were vacationing with young children, we often cooked in and the large kitchen was fully stocked to handle our needs. Bedrooms were divided into different areas so the children could sleep quietly in different zones. The pool was clean with large steps so the (non-swimming)kids could play without fear as they got used to the water. The outdoor patio had a fence to ensure the toddler did not wondering into the pool area.

This house is a wonderful place to bring extended family for a Hilton Head vacation. We had our 2 daughters, one son-in law and two grandsons. Beach is walkable for those able to walk a distance comfortably. Loved the house and pool-perfect for us!

When we entered the home and saw all the family pictures and books, we felt right at home and knew this house was loved and a home. We loved the labels so we did not have to hunt for items needed. The pool was awesome. I can't say one bad thing about our vacation. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We rode our bikes to the beach and to Coligny (not sure of spelling). We so needed a vacation. My husband's Mom died last October and my father died april of this year. We had a year and 1/2 of see-sawing emotions and it was so nice to take a vacation in a real home. Thank you so much for opening your home to my family. Vicki Webster

The house was beautiful and the swimming pool was great. We had no problems with the house. Fairly easy access to the beach. The house was clean and everything in the kitchen worked plan. Overall, a great experience.

We rent houses each year for our vacations. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at. Very spacious and clean. The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen area was sizable and everything was labeled for ease of use. We felt very much at home in this house and would recommend this house to anyone.

Before our trip, we expected to see alligators and lizards, but we never expected to see deer in our backyard! Yes, deer in the middle of the day were roaming in our backyard!! It was a beautiful site to observe. The house is surrounded by gorgeous mature trees, which house many birds. The only downside is how the landscape dirties the pool! but it was worth it!! Location, location location is the key to this rental property. We were a short walk to the beach and a real easy bike ride to Harbor Town~ We enjoyed walking on the paths searching for the alligators! Riding our bikes along the beach was fantastic. The beach during the day is not too crowded~ night at the beach is absolutely gorgeous!! We caught the sunset but more impressive was the moon!!! Absolutely gorgeous!

Have stayed in Palmetto Dunes for the last ten years. We didnt know what we were missing in Sea Pines. We will stay no where else from now on. The bike trails were awesome. The house was great and the beaches were not crowded.

I only had two issues with this house. The photo (shown above) is a little deceiving in terms of the size of the pool. We have 4 little girls that love to swim in the pool and the size is a littel exaggerated in this photo. It is significantly smaller than it appears...BUT with that said, the home we stayed in 2008, the pool was worse! So this was much better. The other issue is the distance to the beach. When you are traveling to the beach with small children, the description of "short walk to beach" can be interpreted in many different ways. I did like the fact that there was a GREAT path leading to the beach, it is was just a little farther than we (and the kids) wanted it to be. We would probably not stay at this house again but only for the proximity reason. Everything else was excellent and a very nice, very well kept home!
