The house was wonderful in every way. We did have a concern for the owners though. The house did seem to have signs of the smell of dampness and mold. We noticed it more when we came home and smelled our clothes. It appeared that the roof had lots of debris, and the gutters had not been cleaned. I believe that water is somehow getting in the house somewhere. I am just concerned that if the upkeep of the gutters isn't done and to keep the roof clean of debris the value of their investment could depreciate. I am a Realtor, and I look at houses all of the time, and I just wouldn't want this regular maintenance to cause longterm water damage to the house.
“Beautiful, spacious home perfect for a relaxing family vacation”

We truly enjoyed our rental property. We were pleasantly surprised by the open floor plan and modern, family-friendly decor. The outdoor, screened in patio was a must-have and it didn't disappoint. All the information provided about local opportunities was great. We rented bikes for the week, visited the beach and local restaurants, and just enjoyed the house and backyard. We loved our vacation and are looking into returning next year!
“It was a great house with a great location. Kids loved the pool”

The only annoying occurance was when we first pulled in and the neighboor came over lecturing us on keeping the front porch light off at night We did even get a chance to unpack fully. Other than that it was great experience.

My mother and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. We lived in the Carolina room the entire week as it was a perfect spot for our two little dogs along with loving the views and enjoying all the sounds of nature in the evening. It was so comfortable and relaxing. There were bicycle trails right near the property and it was a quick ride to Harbour Town. When we first arrived, we had a few questions about the TV remote and pool operations. The property rental company was very responsive in making sure our questions were answered. We definitely hope to come back and appreciate the owners sharing their lovely property with us.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about 66 Heritage and we hope to see you back in the future.

We rented this property for 4 months (11/2008 to 02/2009) and it was the perfect "long-term" short term rental! The house is beautifully decorated and the view to the golf course can't be beat! The kitchen was very well appointed, on almost every vacation rental I find myself running out to buy some piece of kitchen equipment, such as measuring spoons, baking dish, etc...but I didn't need to do that here. The property owner and property managers were very easy to deal with.
The location within Sea Pines is great, within walking distance to Harbor Town and very close to the bike trails.
This house felt very private and secluded - we loved it!

awesome spot midway between So. Beach and Harbor Twn. really nice pool and screened porch. Kitchen was high end but the baths could use some updating. would recommend to anyone who likes to bike to the beach, walking would take forever. Beware of large croc or gator in lagoon directly behind home.
“Fabulous, great house, great location, great weather and good ti”

We have stayed at 66 Heritage Road three times, with another vacation planned for May 2010 and possibly October 2010. The house is beauitfuly decorated inside and out - the pool and spa is amazing - we love the close proximity to both the golf course and the beach and the area is great for biking and walking - whenever there has been an issue Beach Properties of Hilton Head have fixed it immediately and have giving A++ Service. Many great memories with more to come..and of course "Bob" the alligator that swims by everyday Plus the owners are fellow Canadians how much better can it get....!
