FIRST FLOOR: To the left of the front door is a bedroom furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom is decorated with blues, greens and browns, and includes a ceiling fan and its own TV with expanded tier cable. The private bathroom has a shower and tub combination. There is a second bedroom furnished with a bunk bed and 2 twin beds, decorated in lively greens, which has deck access, and shares the full hall bath with the den, which has a large TV and new sleeper sofa. On the screened porch is a hammock, where guests can relax with a good book or enjoy a little nap. The adjacent furnished deck has a porch swing, and incredible marsh and tidal creek views.
SECOND FLOOR: The kitchen includes granite counters and a pass-through to the dining area. There is a breakfast nook which can seat up to four guests. A small powder room is conveniently located off of the kitchen. The living space is comfortably furnished, and has a sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. You can watch TV on a flush wall-mount flat screen, enjoy a DVD, or simply enjoy the marsh view. The living area is open to the dining area which seats up to eight guests. Sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished deck, which has seating for up to six guests, and a small gas grill. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and is decorated in gold and white. A TV offers expanded tier cable. The master bath has a jetted tub and shower combo, with a skylight overhead. The master bedroom has access to the deck and views of the marsh. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
The Lake House gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library, as well as a free outdoor pool. Guests must pick up a Lake House Amenity Card at the Club Amenity Office in order to use these facilities.
The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required. Each property is individually owned and therefore each owner may have different levels of access to the Club facilities. 2214 Oyster Catcher Ct has 'Full' Club access, which means that rental guests may pick up Amenity Access cards from the Amenity Office at no additional cost. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply.
