Enjoy your vacation at Pelican Watch Villa 1318/20, this renovated villa offers guests beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean across the mouth of the Edisto River. Relax on the deck and watch the sun set over the uninhabited barrier island across the inlet, and the open ocean to the left. In the summer, pods of dolphins are often seen offshore.

This second-floor villa is a wonderful place to vacation destination. The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings and includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa. A 42-inch plasma TV and DVD player are available for your entertainment.
Sliding glass doors open to one of the furnished decks. The adjacent dining room seats up to six guests at the glass table and opens to the other furnished deck. Though the two decks are not connected, it is easy to go between one and the other via the stairs leading down to the community boardwalk. The beach is only steps away.
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar which seats three guests, and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The den is glassed-in so it enjoys ocean views but guests can enjoy listening to the stereo or having a private conversation without worrying about disturbing anyone else. The den has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom is decorated in golds and dark woods, and furnished with a king-sized bed. The master bath has granite counters, a jetted garden tub, separate walk-in shower, and bidet. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and is decorated in a nautical blue and white color palette, with red accents. It has a private bath adjoining, also with granite countertops.
Bikes are the best way to be able to get around to the island amenities and outside of the gates to Bohicket Marina and Freshfield Village. Explore the tidal creeks while kayaking or paddle boarding. Set out to find fish with a local fishing charter.
Head into the historical city filled with southern charm just a short drive along oak covered roads to Charleston. Step back to antebellum days exploring majestic plantations, mesmerizing townhomes and cobblestoned streets. Hear the tails of revolutionary legends, tottery pirates and scandalous ladies that once graced the wharfs of old Charlestown.
The Lake House gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library, as well as a free outdoor pool. Guests must pick up a Lake House Amenity Card at the Club Amenity Office in order to use these facilities.
The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required. Each property is individually owned and therefore each property has different levels of access to the Club facilities.
1318/20 Pelican Watch has 'Full' Club access, which means that rental guests may pick up Amenity Access cards from the Amenity Office at no additional cost. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply.
Each Pelican Watch Villa includes free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
