I agree with all the other positive reviews. We used the shade porch every day. Despite the July heat, we were comfortable out there for breakfast; and for evening activities. I never used my indoor shower. Loved the pleasure and convenience of a shower outdoors.
The house feels more like a home than a rental property. Some features we liked: soothing blue and green colors; books and games available; beach stuff in the garage with a second fridge for drinks; well stocked galley kitchen; wooden floors that are so much more comfortable than carpeting when sand is involved; large master bedroom; tucked away on a quiet street where you hear birds in the morning instead of your neighbors. Beach is so close we never bothered to ride a bike there. Owners very helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Loved the screened in porch for hanging out to dine, read, and sit at night. The layout of the bedrooms gave us all privacy and we all loved the outdoor shower. Having a grill and umbrellas and bikes handy was useful since we couldnt have brought much more from home anyway. The walk to the beach was a perfect dog walk and even with the before 9am and after 3pm beach rules, we still had plenty of time on the beach with our dog. Loved being at the edge of the state park, dunes, and quiet end of beach. The guest book was full of adventures, walks, and good food choices. We brought our hybrid bikes and enjoyed rides both east and west along the 19 miles of the 30a trail. We'll be back.

When we saw it, we knew the cottage in Seagrove was meant for us! We each had our own bedroom, Bailey Bob (the dog) positioned himself in the large hall, so he could keep up with all of us at once. We had a comfortable living room to relax in, a dining room to eat in, and the all important kitchen. There was also a large wrap around porch we liked looking at, however the humid weather with rain kept us from enjoying the space.
The owner was most helpful in supplying us with a list of any and everything we could need. The location was ideal! Beach just blocks away, sidewalks for dog walking, and the area very quiet. We took a day trip each day to discover close and new places of interest. The cottage was like a soft blanket, wrapping itself around you, making you feel safe and cozy.

My family had such a great time at this house. It was so very clean and well maintained, an important thing to me. You felt so secluded at this location but the beach was within walking distance! The owner was great and provided such good information to us which made our trip and stay so much easier. It is definitely a great place to relax and enjoy.

My husband and I live locally and was searching for a nice relaxing beach experience for us and our out of town guests. Staying in the cottage was like stepping back in time. You feel somewhat secluded with the large landscaped lot, yet so close to the beach. The cottage is tastefully refurbished and clean. The large screened in porch and outdoor shower was also a big hit.
