Apt #2 Much larger than apt 1. Comfortable Clean house 1/2 block to the beach, on the quiet north end of town. Our rentals are repeat family's that like the homeyness and convenience of the location. Nice yard for BBQ. Off street parking for 2 cars, one truck, not good for large trucks. Free parking up the street 1 to 2 blocks. Only a few blocks to all attractions. No driving required. Restaurants, fishing and crabbing nearby. Rent downstairs Apt # 1 also for larger family get together s if available. We are there when you not. Come join us. Rental week runs from Saturday 1 PM to Saturday 10 AM. Apt. #2 has a full Kitchen, dishwasher washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, stove, utensils and pots / pans, large TV 42", CD player And WIFI. 2 bedrooms 1 queen size and 1 full size and 1 pullout sofa. Outdoor shower for a quick cool down and getting sand off after the beach. 5 beach badges included with deposit. Minimum Age 25 years old.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
