This condo looks northwest over Elliott Bay, perfectly situated for summer sunsets. Year-round views of Elliott Bay, Puget Sound, and beyond welcome you from the bedroom and living room area.
This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.
Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals is pleased to provide this comfortable and newly renovated 1 bedroom vacation rental condominium in Seattle's hip and exciting Belltown neighborhood.
This tastefully appointed condo is easy walking distance to some of Seattle's best restaurants and the Pike Place Market. It is convenient to all of Downtown Seattle's attractions and the Convention Center, as well as downtown Seattle employers, making it an excellent choice for both a vacation rental and short and long term corporate housing.
This beautiful condo features water and city views from nearly every room. Hardwood floors gleam throughout the condo. You'll feel pampered and notice the difference in the quality of accommodations!
Enter the property and immediately you notice the abundant natural light that floods the living area from the oversized windows, even on Seattle's rainiest days. The view from the window will draw you in with Seattle's Elliott Bay and Puget Sound beyond acting as the backdrop for this exciting vacation property.
Our fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up whatever meal you have your heart set on. We also provide glassware for just about any occasion. When we say fully equipped, we mean it. We want our guests to have the option of dining in or enjoying all the amazing restaurants that you'll find just outside our doors.
In the bedroom you'll find a highly comfortable and plush bed. You will sleep well here! Look out onto Elliott Bay and the iconic ferries and other shipping traffic from the comfort of the bed. The divided bathroom makes life convenient when sharing this wonderful space with others.

Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

WE could not have been more pleased with the location of our condo in Belltown. We could easily walk to Pike Place Market, downtown shops and much more. We were surrounded by many excellent restaurants as well.
The baker downstairs, Macrina is excellent with many wonderful muffins, scones, sandwiches etc and great coffe.
Having the little neighborhood market next door was a great plus.
The condo was clean , comfortable and building is secure with parking garage.
The pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room are all wonderful perks too.
We would stay here again Read more
Thank you for the kind words regarding our condo. We work very hard to make sure each condo is spotlessly clean for our guests. And yes, the location is excellent! Everything within walking distance; Pike Place Market, EMP, the Space Needle, the waterfront, the retail core including the flagship Nordstrom. Park the car and forget it until it is time to leave! We would love to welcome you back! Thanks again.

The location was great for walking to the major attractions. It was nice to come "home" after a long day of sight seeing, much more relaxing than a hotel room. We arrived early and it was no problem to leave our luggage in the suite as they finished cleaning. The communications received before we arrived were appreciated, everything we could expect was outlined and very professional. The only downfall was the fold out couch, it didn't fold flat. I would recommend to friends visiting Seattle

Convenient but noisy, pool not working

Pool was not working during the entire stay. Rental company owner did not offer an apology or make any amends when we spoke. It was very disheartening for this family with kids. Also this is not a good spot for a light sleeper. Must sleep with windows closed and even then, noise drifts in throughout the overnight hours. However, it was a convenient spot for walking to Pike Place market, downtown and the Space Needle. And the Macrina Bakery next door was amazing. But would not stay again due to the way management handled the issues with an amenity that is prominently advertised. Read more
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience in our property. I am sorry the pool was not available for your stay. It was closed, by building management, because of unhealthy chemical levels, and unfortunately not something we can control. Believe me, it is a disappointment to us as well when the water features are closed in this building! For future guests, when this happens, we can provide information to one of Seattle's public pools, or during warm weather months, to one of the many spray parks, wading pools, or public swimming beaches in the area. And as for Macrina, it was recently voted one of the 25 best bakeries IN THE WORLD! I don't know about that, but I do know it is yummy, so enjoy!

We spent two nights in the unit. It was perfect--roomy, clean, convenient, and comfortable. Our family felt right at home. The foldout couch is a little uncomfortable (couldn't figure out how to fully flatten the head section).
We have an SUV and had a skybox mounted on top. We couldn't get our vehicle into the parking garage until we took the skybox off. There was no place to store the box other than inside the vehicle, which meant we couldn't drive anywhere. It didn't matter much because we were able to walk everywhere.
Really a great unit in a great location! Read more
Thanks for the kind words regarding your stay with us. The location is absolutely perfect if you are coming to Seattle to see the sights. Everything is within six blocks, at the most, and walking really is the most convenient way to get around to the famous Seattle sights.
That being said, I am sorry you had a struggle with your car. For future reference, and future guests, our parking is in a garage under the building, and clearance is 6'8". That is tall enough for most cars, vans and trucks, but, as this guest discovered, not tall enough for attachments. Any questions about this, or over-sized cars, please let us know before you book. We will answer honestly!

Like the title said I wish we could live in our Belltown vacation rental. My husband and I fell in love with Seattle. The sights, the open waterfront, the food, history and, of course, being able to be with our son! We will not hesitate in the future to call again! Such fun!

The condo was just right. Every convenience & necessity for us was available. Darrick & Sarah couldn't have been easier to guide us & answer all questions. Their suggestion in our planning to visit Seattle & transitioning to other spots made the trip a joy. The condo size & decor was great. The bed lenins perfecto. A little larger balcony would have been better for me to be able to sit out on but having one also contribute to the lovely space. Certainly I would make plans with this Oasis on my next trip. They know how to create a welcoming place, jan Barrali

We enjoyed our one week stay in this water view oasis! We appreciated being accommodated on our late check in the first night. The welcome tray and binder with recommendations was a nice touch. It was convenient to walk to most tourist attractions. Very clean and well stocked kitchen to cook some nights. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Thank you for making Seattle one of our favorite vacation spots.

We really enjoyed parking the car in secure covered lot and walking everywhere. Very convenient location near restaurants, Pikes Place market and Seattle art Museum. We did not cook but kitchen made us feel at home. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed looking at view from living area and balcony. We also enjoyed hot tub in building. It was a very relaxing weekend.
Everything was just as perfect as it looks in the photos. The check-in was easy and their building manager Tammy was delightful. The location was central. The noise from the street was minimal. The only criticism is the fold out couch was lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on.

For less than the price of staying in a comparable hotel suite we enjoyed a home away from away. The staff of Seattle Oasis furnished this one bedroom apartment with the practical amenities you'd find at home like extra umbrellas and reusable shopping bags, along with luxurious splurges you might find in an upscale hotel such as fluffy robes and down pillows. Anything and everything in between can be found in a cabinet or drawer, right down to Q-Tips. Truly, the only thing we needed to furnish for ourselves was food and drink and even that was just a stones throw away.
Since this was our first trip to Seattle we choose Seattle Oasis' Belltown Tower for the location. As a result we were in walking distance of every major attraction and smack dab in the middle of a food mecca. One of the best bakeries in the city, Macrina, can be accessed from the lobby and our walks to Pike Place Market quickly became a daily treat.
We will undoubtedly be staying in a Seattle Oasis unit again on our return to the city.

As soon as my husband looked around, he said that if there were Oasis Vacation Rentals around the us, he wouldn't stay at hotels anymore. We loved how spacious it felt and the decor is beautiful. One of my favorite things were the lush bathrobes hanging in the bathroom. The view of the water was beautiful and the location was within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the aquarium. We have a 1 1/2 year old and the setup was perfect to put our little guy down and still have a nice evening together. I would highly recommend this place!

Bell Town water view oasis was everything My family wanted and more. Location was the best, we walked everywhere once we got there. The condo was great, very clean and stylish. The kitchen was well equipped for the nights we wanted to eat in. My teenage son said the fold out bed was very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. We definitely will return.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised as we usually stay in 4 star hotels. The accommodations in Belltown were perfect. Nice bathrobes in the bathroom and complementary snacks and sparkling water. The location was very convenient to all the main attractions in Seattle in walking distance. I was able to use the full size gym in the building which kept me on track even while on vacation. We will be staying here anytime we visit Seattle and look forward to another experience with Oasis.

This condo was a great find!
Everything was just like the online pictures. Clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Satellite tv had lots of channels and kept us entertained. Everything you could want in the kitchen if you're planning on doing any cooking. The condo itself was well maintained and quiet.
The location is the best part. ..about a 20 min walk to the market and so many great restaurants within a very short distance from the condo. The List was our favorite...has a great happy hour :)
If I'm ever back in Seattle I will be staying here again.

I stayed here for five nights in late august with my husband and two kids. The flat was attractive, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed and more - washer and dryer, iPod station, cleaning supplies, spices, you name it! Both beds - including the fold out couch -were very comfortable and the bedding was lovely. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi a few floors down. The big windows give the flat a nice open, spacious feel, but I think the "water view" is overrated -ok but nothing special. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this flat if the view is a priority for you. The location is very convenient if you want to be downtown - it is walking distance to all the main attractions and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, including an awesome bakery just downstairs. Can be a little noisy at night, so keep the windows closed or pick a less urban spot if you are a light sleeper. Great service from Seattle Oasis. Would definitely use them again.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. The only issue is noise from the Bar in the alleyway across the street. The outdoor bar seating area was very loud till the 2:00am closing and prohibited us from sleeping with the windows open... Read more
I am glad you had an enjoyable time at our condo. It IS located in a very urban environment, so street noise is sometimes unavoidable. With the convenience of being within walking distance to everything in Seattle, and having great restaurants, bars and nightlife within steps of your front door is the reality that others are enjoying those great features as well, and sometimes a bit louder than we would wish! Thank you again for the great review and kind words. We would love to host you again.

We could not have been happier with our stay in Belltown. The condo was in a great location, and it was convenient having parking, because we didn't need to use our car once the entire stay. We were a short walk or cab ride form everywhere we wanted to visit and the amount of cafes and restaurants near by, made it easy to find a nice place for dinner or breakfast.
The guide book and binder with helpful information was incredibly useful. Deciding on attractions to visit, where to find groceries, and restaurant recommendations made our stay effortless.
Thank you again! We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an affordable way to visit Seattle and enjoy the luxury of having a place to call home.
