This newly renovated condo in the heart of downtown overlooks the ivy clad Washington State Convention Center from its perch on the 13th floor of a mid-century high-rise building.
Guests are within easy walking distance of the city’s best sights, shops, entertainment, and restaurants including the downtown Seattle shopping district, Pike Place Market, Seattle's Waterfront, and the eclectic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Space Needle and Seattle Center are 1.3 miles to the North and the Stadium district an equal distance to the south; each a short bus, cab, or monorail ride away.
This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.
You enter into a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, complete with brand new furnishing and modern amenities. White leather seating and a large window framing the sparkling lights of downtown Seattle. The decor has a great modern vibe! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a quick meal. All linens and towels are included. Laundry facilities are available for guests in the building as well as a roof top deck with city views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. A fold down European-style couch back in the living room offers a full sized sleeping surface for a fifth guest. Stunning views of downtown with its skyscrapers, and a peek-a-boo view of Elliott Bay are available from every window in this modern and comfortable condo.
An iPod friendly stereo, 60” LED Smart TV with HD cable programming, Netflix/Vudu/Amazon streaming streaming, as well as DVD & Blu-ray player in the living room are provided for your entertainment. In each bedroom there are also 40 inch LCD HDTVs. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is available throughout the condo as well as CAT5 connectivity. A PC with Media Center and 24” LCD is provided so there is no need for you to lug a laptop around.
With an almost perfect walk score of 98 the location simply can’t be beat. Situated in the ideal downtown Seattle location, it is just steps to Pacific Place & Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, the monorail, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital. Add in easy access to & from I-5 as well as the airport light rail line and needless to say, the location is prime!
Unlike most other vacation rentals in the area, we do not charge for parking. There is one parking spot per unit in our building and the garage is located in the basement of the building.
Please be aware that this condo does not have air conditioning. We do provide fans for your comfort. Central heating is provided via a boiler system during winter months. Also, be aware that this is an urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty concrete construction.
Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy. We try our hardest to make your stay the best it possibly can. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable next time...just let us know! Please enjoy the gift basket upon your arrival with a few things that will make your stay enjoyable.

This condo is the perfect location to explore the downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods. Nicely furnished, and perfect size for our family of four. The only downside is the traffic noise, as it's practically on top of I-5. It wasn't bad with the windows closed, but pretty noisy if we opened them for some fresh air. That said, I would probably stay there again!

The customer service with Seattle Oasis was amazing! I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them! The two bedroom condo is next to the convention center and still close enough to The Market. The condo was beautiful and comfortable for four small women. Would have given this review 5 stars, however, every morning before 6am the heating unit had an extremely loud banging noise. The first morning we heard this we thought someone was outside hitting a metal pole against another metal pole, we were all up exploring trying to figure out what it was, when we realized it was the heater we put in ear plugs and attempted to go back to sleep. We hoped it was a fluke and didn't say anything to Seattle Oasis after the first time. After it happened again the second morning we called and Seattle Oasis said they never had this complaint before and would tell the Owner/Manager of the building. It was still a problem on the third morning, the day we checked out. (I did not have any expectations this would be fixed on such short notice). Aside from the terrible wake-ups each morning after going to bed very late every night, everything else was perfect. I would not pick this unit unless I was assured this heater noise wouldn't be a problem. Read more
Thanks for the kind words and great review of our service. I am sorry the heater caused you discomfort during your stay with us. This building is on a boiler, versus electrical baseboard or forced-air heat, and the noise you heard, during the colder months of Oct-April, is the boiler firing up in the morning. The banging sound is not every day. It apparently happens occasionally, so occasionally that working with boiler company to resolve it is difficult as it never seems to make the noise when someone is on site! We would love to host you again, and if you come back to Seattle, please mention you are a returning guest for a discount on your next stay!

Great Seattle condo
Left on 03/06/2014 for a stay in February 2014 | Shawn
The 2-bedroom condo we stayed in was excellent. It was located right next to the convention center, on the corner of Pike Street, and we were able to walk easily down to the market area in a couple of minutes. The Seattle Oasis people were great and responsive to our questions. The condo was clean and comfortable, though the couch is starting to wear down a little. We loved everything about this place, and we'd definitely stay there again. Read more
Thanks for staying with us, we are glad you enjoyed its great location. There isn't a better location if you are in town for a convention as the convention center is literally across the street.
If you do make it back for a visit, remind us when you book as we do offer a repeat guest discount of 5%.

Stayed in the 'Sparkling City Oasis' for 4 nights. Lovely apartment that was centrally located within walking distance to everything except the outlet malls. Good space for four adults. Check-in was easy appreciated the late check-out after the Seahawks game. Parking spots are tight so the smaller the vehicle the better. Had an issue with the toilet running water which was fixed quickly to a better state than when we arrived. Furniture is very stylish but sofa is a little uncomfortable. Would be helpful to have instructions on how to retreive voicemails from the house phone and how to operate the Tv's in the bedrooms. Never did figure either of these out. Highly recommend Seattle Gourmet walking tour! Read more
Thanks for staying with us and sharing your thoughts! We do have a detailed binder in the unit with photo-tutorial of how to use the electronics in addition to this being part of our process when checking in guests. I apologize if this was not pointed out to you our missed during your check in process.
Parking in underground garages are something we are used to in Seattle. We drive a SUV (Honda Pilot) and are able to get in and out of the garage. That being said we are used to driving it and know how hard this can be sometimes in rental cars that one's not used to. That being said thanks to our location many guests often find they park their car and don't need it until they leave and so aren't pulling in and out often.
Thanks again for staying with us, and be sure to book early for the 2014 Seahawks Season. We know dates are going to go quickly!

Condo was great...perfect location, clean with all the amenities of home.
Only complaint is the furniture is fancy looking, however uncomfortable. As well the beds in the second bedroom are single beds at best.

The service is excellent! We got a first-hand tour of the unit & building. Alan suggested restaurants/activities worth visiting in the area. The condo is very clean and great for an extended stay. The bathroom is small for a family, but when you are just visiting, you can deal with that. It is very loud, especially with the windows open, but it is in the heart of downtown. The accompanying app was very useful and a great perc! Our next visit to Seattle would probably be for pleasure, so we would pick one of the units near the waterfront. I would definitely use this company again -- they are excellent!

We had out of town guest visit Seattle for the first time and Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals made us look like rockstars! It was in the perfect location for them to get a feel of the city. The unit was clean. They loved their gift basket. And you can't beat the walk to shops, Pike Place and Capital Hill. Thanks for the making us look good!

Our family of five had a great time in Seattle. The condo is in a convenient location - walking distance to downtown, Pike's Place Market, and easy to get on the freeway. Staff were very helpful and offered good follow up by phone and email. I liked how they emailed a month then about weekly to provide key information to know what to expect, how to meet the staff to get into the condo, etc.
The condo was clean, wonderful view, large flat screen tvs,(also a computer and media system are available but we did not use),kitchen fully equipped, lots of storage space. My adult son had to use the sofa bed in the living room which he said was uncomfortable. Because the weather was cold, overcast, we opened the windows when it became warm in the condo.
Fyi -the parking space is very narrow.

We stayed at Elektra for a conference, and living exactly next door was really very convenient. The appartment is beautiful, with modern enterieur, the kitchen perfectly equipped. We would definitely try to get this appartment again...
Seattle has a great public transporation system, so no car needed. Shopping and restaurants are in walking distance too.

My boyfriend and two of our friends booked this condo as a weekend couples getaway and we were all very pleased with our stay here. The condo is cozy, has a nice view and located within walking distance of Pikes Place market. The only thing that could have made this stay any nicer is if the main elevator was extremely slow. We are glad you had a great stay. The building is in the process of upgrading all the elevators right now. The service elevator was recently completed, and now they are working on one of the two other main elevators. All is set to be complete by July of this year. The service elevator is extremely fast and nice now, so as soon as one of the two elevators are complete service will be nice.
Thanks for staying and glad you enjoyed the views!

This was a fantastic condo for our week stay. We had great views of the city skyline and it's an easy walk to downtown. Quite a nice area to visit. The condo was clean, nicely decorated. The photos online really do the place justice. More than enough pots and pans, seasonings, dishes to make a nice meal. All you need to do is walk down to Pike's Market to make your fresh meal. This is much better than staying at a hotel.

Loved this rental! Very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating. Great location to shops and monorail. Lots of tv's and free wi fi! Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.
