Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals is proud to present this one-bedroom one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. This beautiful vacation rental offers all the comforts of a home away from home.
This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.
This one-bedroom, one-bath vacation condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle offers a partial view of the city skyline from the Juliet balcony and all the comforts home. A custom designer kitchen is ready for a quiet evening in, and is equipped with all you might need to whip up just about any meal.
This condo sleeps four in comfort, with a queen sized bed in the beautifully decorated bedroom, and a queen sized empur-pedic sleeper sofa in the living room. A sliding door in the living room allows for fresh air to circulate the unit, and you look out over the neighboring brownstone to view of the downtown Seattle skyline. A Flat Panel LCD HDTV and WiFi throughout makes it a very convenient business trip or corporate condominium, and secured garage parking is included in the rental. A fitness center on the premises is enough to keep anyone busy.
Just a few blocks from Puget Sound and the water front shops, this vacation condo is convenient to everything in Downtown Seattle. Some of the finest restaurants are very close, and the convention center, sports arenas and Space Needle are all within range of a short taxi ride or the downtown free bus service. This is a modern building, perfectly situated to enjoy views of the mountains, the sound, and the city. Seattle Oasis Vacations offers any guest the full comfort of a hotel, with the exclusivity of a private condominium.
To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

The apartment was a little cramped and felt a little dark, but it was clean, the décor was good and it was comfortable enough. It came with all of the amenities you would need for a long stay. The price for the location was very good and most importantly parking was included which seemed rare. It is within walking distance of almost any downtown attraction you might want to see as long as you are adventurous.
Thanks for the positive comments regarding you stay with us. We do equip the condos so you can pack light; a starter supply of paper products, Dove products in the bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, spices, and more. This unit is one of our smallest one bedroom condos, but does sleep two comfortably and is priced accordingly. We do include parking with the condo rental, which is an extra value!

"Space is awesome - service not so great..."

While the apartment itself is clean, roomy, well stocked and certainly in a great location - the service itself put a damper on what would otherwise have been a 5 star experience.
The apartment is fantastic. I wouldn't recommend more then 2 people but it was certainly well stocked. It was a nice touch to have all the bathroom and kitchen necessities (soap, shampoo, spices, foil, coffee etc) supplied as well. The location is perfect to walk pretty much anywhere.
The service - it started before we even arrived. I called with questions about another property and never received a response. Instead I ended up booking this property on line. Once booked I received all the directions, access codes etc. I e-mailed them 3 more times with the same question - can we leave our bags somewhere secure on our last day as our flight only left at 9pm. Finally after the 3rd attempt I was told to call them while in Seattle and they would arrange something for our bags.
When we arrived in Seattle the directions they provided were incorrect due to a permanent road closure beside the apartment. Thank goodness for our own prowess and Garmin. Once at the apartment the code they gave us to buzz in with was incorrect meaning we had to call them again to let us in.
On our last day I called at 8:45am to determine what to do with our bags. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response. Thank goodness alfred's is accomodating and allowed us to leave our bags with them for the day. Not a good sign when your competition is available but you are not!
So, overall the place is great but if you are looking for seamless service / check-in / answers then perhaps look elsewhere (Alfreds is great!). I realize these are all little things but they certainly add up and leave the overall experience tainted when it should have been 5 star as I originally said.
Thanks for sharing your experience and glad you enjoyed your stay. This particular property is only set up to sleep 2 unlike most of our 1 bedroom condos. We pride our selves in equipping the best we can with all you need.
Our directions I am still not sure why you received the ones you did as soon as the closure happened we did change the directions. A glitch must have occurred with dropbox where it sent you our old file vs the new one as you are the only person to experience the issue. Since the road (Bell St.) has opened and will not be an issue for future guests.
We do what we can for guests with luggage, but being a self catering vacation rental in a very urban location we are limited in what we can do. In regards to the lack of response to your question, I apologize. I looked in our email logs and we did respond to every email but it looks as though that question was not addressed until the third email on the 17th, in which Sally did answer your question. Sally was brand new (as in first few days) and in her newness I think was a bit overwhelmed and did not ask us what to do with your luggage.
We strive to keep our overhead low (and therefore our costs to guests low) and do not have a central office downtown. We are looking at spaces, but want the right space at the right time vs jumping into something. Once we do, we may be able to provide luggage assistance.
We do offer a repeat guest discount, and invite you to use this 5% discount to see if you get a different experience with us. I am confident you will. We strive for perfection but at times technology fails and sends out old copies of directions when the city makes detours. And we try to be accommodating with luggage, but when we have a guest coming into a property right after you, and you look to pick up luggage after the office closes in the building we don't have an option until that late currently, but are working on it.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave your thoughts, and look forward to hosting you next time with a 5 star result.

"Great apartment and Great Location"

Stayed in this apartment recently on a quick trip to Seattle. The apartment in Belltown is in a great location for access to the nearby Pike Place Market, a must visit in Seattle. A variety of interesting restaurants locally. Also a few blocks from main CBD area of Seattle. The apartment was safe, secure, quiet and clean and ideal for a couple or single. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was just what we wanted. Great location. You can walk to just about to anywhere you like, plus the parking spot helps for those places that are just out of walking distance. The condo itself was nice and quaint. It gave us the feel of how it would be to live in Seattle. Definitely would stay here again, and have already recommended it to other friends.

my wife and i stayed here for a few days on a recent trip to seattle. checking was super easy... the apartment was nice and clean and it was pretty peaceful/quiet/etc the whole time we were there. everything is just as it was described and the building is really in a great location. it took as about 10-15 minutes to walk to pike place and driving to and from the building was really easy too. we would definitely stay here again.

Better value staying in an apartment, price and feature wise, 1 bedroom, full kitchen, in-suite laundry, big bath, 2 Tv's, couch etc. People not constantly checking in at all hours of night, keeping late hours, partying creating hall noise as hotel doors auto slam and elevators r close by and noisy.
- Roof top garden and patio with hammocks and 2 huge Bbq's well maintained and spacious.
- Common area, pool table, Tv's, living rooms, full kitchen and gym get high marks.
- Management office near entrance, people in office during the day, no security at night, overall but not a big issue in this area.
- Major bus stop in front of building is convenient.
- Good size for 2-3 people, 2 in bed one on couch.
- Tv's are really small, wall space limited.
- Awesome fridge, stove, microwave, sink disposal
- Far from elevators.
- In suite laundry bring less clothes.
- Clean large bathroom
- Combination front door lock.
- Unit runs hot in summer! If high 70's low 80's even with 58 degrees at night and 70's in morning unit does not get afternoon sun. Windows face courtyard in a bowl lower than, roof no cross breeze, heat seem to get trapped in the bowl, making it hotter in the apartment than temperature outside. Other apartments in Seattle may not have this cross breeze issue, it's more of the design of the building and where the unit is located, not so much temperature outside. 3 fans still muggy inside at night. Try one of their other units in a different buildings at that time of year. Unit was not cleaned when I arrived but they showed up when I got there and cleaned it, minor inconvenience. You only have one chance to make a good impression and that's when you walk in the door. This is a great building and awesome location, tons of really good restaurants and bars in Belltown (a little more upscale) not as busy or as many street people, safe and fun area. Close walking distance to Pike Place Market and Space Needle, Imax, EMP Museum and other great attractions.

Our 1-BR Moda apartment turned out to be a great find. It's an easy walk to the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden & Glass, and to Pike Place Market. And, free buses to Pioneer Square and other locations are across the street. Two markets in the area made it easy to take advantage of the kitchen. We even played pool one evening in the common room on the ground floor and had happy hour on the roof terrace. The only downside was noise echoing up from the courtyard, but that was a minor issue compared with the advantages of the location and a very pleasant unit.
