2 Bedroom 2 Bath Tranquil Oasis-Walk to all the Seattle Sights!
Description from the manager
This beautiful two bedroom, 1.75 bathroom condo is one of our quietest units, overlooking an interior European-style courtyard in one of Seattle's premier Belltown addresses. Be in the heart of the city, minutes from all that Seattle has to offer!
This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.
Welcome to your home away from home. This spacious and well equipped kitchen features plenty of space and is open to the living area. Extra large windows provide natural light and look down into an enclosed courtyard area. It is a pretty and tranquil scene that belies the the fact that you are in the heart of downtown Seattle.
The master bedroom features an ultra-comfortable queen size bed, oversized windows, and en suite full bathroom, as well as access to the unit's deck that overlooks the courtyard. The second bedroom features plush twin sized beds that can be converted into a king size, upon request. It also has oversized windows and a courtyard view. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower stall.
A premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room sleeps additional guests, for a total of six. For your convenience this condo also features wireless high speed internet, local and domestic long distance phone, cable TV, and a full sized washer and dryer.
It is one of the rare vacation properties in the Belltown neighborhood with two bathrooms, so don't let this one get away! It is perfect for family vacations, business associates or a girlfriends weekend away.
Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and 24 hour exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a locally famous bakery/cafe on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 6 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park. Stadiums are about a mile away, and the Convention Center and downtown Seattle core is also walking distance or a very short cab ride away. Make your trip to Seattle one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit is in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Seattle's top spots are at the doorstep of this super comfortable, quiet place.
The apartment was sparkling clean with all the little amenities you would expect from a fine hotel PLUS
the convenience of a luxury apartment. We had a wonderful time, and can not thank the owners & managers enough.

This condo was well-equipped, convenient to everything, comfortable and very quiet. Since it faces the courtyard, the street sounds were largely non-existent (except for the morning garbage trucks which can't be helped). Perfect layout with bedrooms separated by living and dining area. Sofa bed was the most comfortable our guests ever slept on. Full size washer and dryer was appreciated. Seattle Oasis Rentals were great to deal with - gave us a guest parking pass in the same complex for other members of my family who visited us during the week. Having secure, inside parking was a huge benefit. Bathrooms were equipped with huge size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels, and bed linens, pillows were plentiful. We would definitely stay in this condo again. We walked everywhere. Read more
Thanks for the positive review. We appreciate you taking the time to tell the world about us.
For those who are not used to an urban environment, these courtyard facing condos are an excellent choice. They are much quieter than the street facing condos, but have the same great location, so you are blocks from all that makes Seattle a great tourist destination.

At the last minute, we booked a 2BR condo with Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. Alan introduced us to the property. It was modern, clean and very comfortable in a great location. But what really set this experience apart from all the others, was those little extras...a gift basket with popcorn! A kitchen well stocked with condiments! Big lovely bottles of amenities in both bathrooms. Laundry powder! These are the things that make you feel 'at home' and provide such convenience (you don't have to run out and buy every small thing you need, like one ziplock bag). The pool was fantastic too. Yes there was some street noise. Minor suggestions are to attend to several small maintenance issues, perhaps move the Wi-Fi modem from the bedside table, and put a working telephone in the LR or kitchen.

We spent a long weekend in Seattle with our 3 grandchildren. We loved this condo. It worked out perfectly for us. It is walkng distanc to all the attractions we wanted to see-- pikes market, bubblegum alley, downtown shopping and movies and the science center, children's theatre, space needle. The unit was clean, a great size for all of us and quiet at night. It is also well located for great restaurants.

Our family of five (including three college-age students) stayed in this unit on a spring break trip. The unit was very attractive and comfortable, and, because it faced the courtyard, quiet. Best of all was its urban location -- just a few blocks' walk to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, or downtown shopping.

Beautiful condo. Enough space for 6. Great location & walked to all sights. Very easy check in and out process. Only issue we had was there was enough hot water for 2 adult showers, the other 2 in our party were left with cold showers. I was surprised as this condo sleeps 6. Hoping that the water issue can be fixed as the unit is perfect for a long weekend in Seattle.

We loved this condo! It offered us comfort in a great location. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. There's a great bakery downstairs, convenience store on the corner and Pizza as well. There was a lovely welcome basket when we checked in and our host gave my husband a thorough tour of the building. The parking garage was convenient should you come with a car. I would definitely return to this beautiful condo and city!

Spectacular 4 night stay here. I think we were the first ones to rent it, so everything was brand new and fully stocked. There were even some cold beers left in there for us, so we paid it forward. This is my first time using Seattle Oasis and I must say I'm impressed. We were welcomed at the unit the moment we arrived and given a friendly tour. The unit had everything we could possibly need - and quality products as well. Lots of luxurious towels, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and the showers even had Dove soup, shampoo and conditioner. Unit had washer/dryer with detergent. Furniture and furnishings were of at least average quality, mostly above average, which was nice (the kitchen had very nice silverware, knives, plates, etc). Sometimes these rentals come with dinky furniture, but not this place. Location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants and the cafe downstairs is fantastic. We walked downtown often and it's only about 15 or so minute walk to the Pike Place market. The only issue we had was there was insufficient hot water for all of us to shower one after another - in fact after about the second or third shower there was no more hot water (so if you stay here be one of the first in your group to shower!). We reported the problem but nothing could be done, just gotta let the water heater catch up, so we had to space out the showers a bit which was kind of tricky in the mornings or before a night on out on the town. Otherwise superb stay and would stay again. Keep up the good work Seattle Oasis!
