Six of us rented this property for 3 days and loved it. We took advantage of thee well furnished kitchen and had breakfast there daily. It was great to have a place furnished with such items as nonstick spray, salt, pepper, and even plastic wrap!! The convenience of the washer/dryer was great, too. Only draw back was the number of stairs!! Especially carrying all the bags we had as this was the beginning of a 10 day vacation/cruise.
Thanks for your kind words about our beautiful townhome! We do really consider what our guests will want or need to be comfortable, and I think the amenities we provide in the condo show that. This townhome is spread out on four floors, so very easy to have groups up to eight be very comfortable, without feeling cramped or crowded.
This condo is very close to Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, which has great shopping and food, and is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Seattle!

This house was really cute. It was clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It is in a good part of town (restaurants etc) and convenient to lots of different neighborhoods. It is VERY close to neighbors (which is fine) and one of them keeps her windows open and is not too friendly (which isn't this houses fault, but good to mention). There are a lot of stairs. They didn't bother us, but it's good to know for elderly or disabled. Good space to spread out. Nice linens. Nice closet space. Nice washer/dryer. Good TV. 10 minute ride to downtown. 10 minute walk to Fremont. 10 minute ride to U District. Great coffee shop located a 5 minute walk down Nickerson at the corner of Fremont. The rental rep meets you at the property when you arrive which is really nice, but with our 1:30 am arrival, we were ready to go to sleep :) Seattle Oasis Rentals was really nice overall though.

This Home was immaculate and every possible need was fulfilled. It is an ideal location for downtown, University district. It is a quiet haven with comfortable beds, fluffy white towels, and every amenity you could need. Highly recommend this property.
Thanks so much for staying with us and sharing your experience with others. We use our experience and connections to make the beds as comfortable as we can, and do not skimp when it comes to the towels and linens we use in our rentals.
We encourage our guests to let us know anything that they would find useful and through our years of experience and 5000+ guest parties we've had to date in our various parties have a pretty complete list that we constantly hone.

“Fantastic Urban Rental in Eclectic Seattle Neighborhood”

What a find! This sparkling clean well appointed four story home is located minutes from downtown Seattle, yet is in a comfortable neighborhood. It's the best of both worlds! Easy access from freeways, but with a local feel.
Our older son, his wife and two sons occupied the second story - two bedrooms and full bath. Our younger son and his fiance stayed on the fourth floor in the master bedroom and master bath. The third floor has a great functional kitchen, lovely dining room and comfortable living room. The living room sofa is a comfy sleeper, too! The first floor has the washer/dryer and extra storage. Another plus are the small balconies on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.
The furnishings, fixtures and artwork are beautiful, classically modern and well selected. I wish their designer would redo my home! Every square foot of space is well used; clean, uncluttered - has just what you need. It was easy to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen, yet there are many area restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive away.
I've stayed in great vacation rental homes in Florida and California and this home was the most well stocked with necessary consumables, e.g., hand soap, paper goods, foil, plastic wrap, etc., than I have ever seen. The check-in process was seamless. Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals has a great website and even an app to download with check-in instructions and local concierge type information. Darik, the property manager, responded quickly to emailed questions and phone calls. Excellent service.
My husband and I live in Seattle, and we will look first to this property when we have family or friends coming to town. We love this home!
Please note: lots of stairs into/in the home - a short flight down from Florentia followed by a short flight up to the front door, which enters through the kitchen. Coming up from the parking space off the alley there are two full flights to get up to the living/dining/kitchen space.
