Cosy and Comfortable home from home

Left on Aug 24, 2013 for a stay in August 2013

A lovely property, cosy and comfortable with lots of nice touches which made it home from home. The welcome pack of treats and local goodies was particularly appreciated. My girls, aged 7 and 3, loved their room, the books left for them to read and their own spotty crockery. The location is ideal, above a shop on the main street of the pretty market town of Kirkby Lonsdale. We'd arranged an …

Excellent aqccomodation in a wonderful location, Whernside overlooks the property. The owners are friendly and helpful, there's lots to do within esay reach yet you are truly in the wilds. One word of warning, the directions to the property talk of turning left at the first gate, this gate is the first one across the road, not the first gate to a property.
