Description
Situated In the heart of Seminyak, within easy walking distance (150m) of JL Kayu Aya (previously known as Laksmana or Oberoi Rd), the area is often referred to as "eat street" because of the wide selection of renowned restaurants and cafes. The Red Carpet Champagne Lounge is just across the road and all the famed nightclubs are in walking distance or a short taxi ride away. A wide selection of boutiques and gift shops offer a variety of quality goods. Great surf beaches are 10 minutes away. All this is close but your spacious private pool villa is just far enough off the main road to ensure your peace and privacy. At the end of a private gang (lane) there is no passing traffic.
The first sight of the villa is across a large green lawn. Walking through the front doors you enter the lush tropical gardens and extensive lawns surrounding a sparkling private pool all enclosed by a high wall for your privacy and security.
The living & dining pavilion is surrounded by water. The master suite is detached and bedrooms 2 & 3 can be linked for a family suite. Each has its own large bathroom. The recently refurbished bathrooms are hygienic with non slip tiles, rain drop showers and are supplied with body wash, shampoo & conditioner.
The villa is child friendly and 2 cots are available (complimentary for infants to 2 yrs) and a pool fence can be erected for the safety of young children - also at no charge.
Our staff are Balinese but speak English. They offer true Balinese hospitality.
There is a staff of 6 to ensure your comfort. Your choice of breakfast is complimentary and a cook is at the villa from noon to 9pm to cook any other meals for you. Daily in-house laundry is complimentary.
All the rooms are spacious and fully furnished. The single story layout provides easy access and our caring staff will ensure that your stay is memorable. They are discrete but attentive.
Trained security officers are at the villa 24 hours. The manager and housekeeper live on-site. There is always someone available to assist you, day and night.
You never have to worry about power failures which happen often in Bali. The 25KVA generator ensures all appliances, including air conditioners, are available at all times.
