Villa Camini is located just 5 minutes from Batubelig Beach, set off down an alleyway that is home to locals and foreigners alike. These streets, swabbed in plant life, offer a balance of nature and those modern fixings. When the beach bar crowd head seaward to party however, the 'hood changes masks. Known for parties, fine dining, or just relaxing and unwinding, Mozaic Beach Club is the big name in the neighborhood - while the renowned Kudeta, Potato Head, and W Hotels are only a 7-minute trip down the road. Situated just 15 minutes from Seminyak Village – in all its wild diversity - Villa Camini is simply...your most comfortable in-between.
Passed the vintage appearance and campy cottage, Camini's heart is bold art-deco - in keeping with the playfulness of this stunning island. After sundown, colored lights tracing the interiors, the black-white tiled floor - with the pool lit up, Camini could remind one of Miami. It's got designs to go along with anything on your play list.
With 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extra bathroom, the villa hosts with room to spare. Your second bedroom is actually a 'Joglo' - likely one of the sweetest cabins you'll have seen – at 15 square meters, with private bathroom, and closed off with a double-pane window. As part of Camini's maid service, a morning visit offers breakfast in bed for the cost of groceries alone (by request). Mineral water is an inclusion you'll come to appreciate during your stay and laundry services are there, if needed. Otherwise, rental vehicles, baby sitters, on-call spa services, pre-arrival shopping runs, and airport transportation are available for your convenience. To top it off, we'll provide a mobile phone - yours to use - an essential, when in Bali.
While Mozaic Beach Club - and restaurants like Warung Sobat and Naughty Nuri's – bring the crowds to Batubelig Village, for many local families, this neighborhood is home. Being residential, transportation may need some planning (unless you're renting, of course). While taxi pick up can easily be arranged, most guidebooks mention Batubelig's taxi stand (right up the road from the beach) as an option, which may require a little bartering. Local secrets and secluded beaches are not far, and for dinner, a short taxi ride to nearby Canggu Village opens your options to the Mediterranean Trattoria, Japanese Suksme Sushi Bar, Indotopia, and more.
On first walk through, chefs note the ample counter tops and fully-equipped kitchen - though their diners might not make it far past an elegant bar, big enough for some warm soirees. Not your thing? Apart from the 32'inch TV with cable and a movie library, the private pool is there to entertain and encourage some chilled-out afternoons (FYI: pool fence can be installed for an extra cost of $30/day). Don't forget the 1 double and single day bed – and mosquito nets – in the open area, fitting for 5 or 6 guests. Bringing home some valuables? Your Joglo's closet / dressing room can easily be used for storage – and securely locked up for peace of mind....Read more

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT experience at Villa Camini.
The house, rooms, pool and garden look even better in person that in pictures.
Benjamin and his team arranged everything for us smoothly and efficiently - from airport pick-up, a scooter, helmets, a car and driver, and even a pre-stocked the fridge with our favorite listed items.
All amenities worked perfectly - fast WiFi, A/C in the rooms, iPod dock... Nothing was missing.
The villa is very close to beaches and restaurants, but tucked away so that it is quiet and relaxing.
Not sure what else to say! This placed rocked!

This vacation by far was the best, normally we would of stayed at a resort but making the choice to look into a villa was the best choice we made.
Benjamin had everything in place for us. When we arrived the driver was waiting for us with no confusion in finding him (Wayne)
Wayne was great! He also helped and organized our day trips, which I might add were great! We even went for an elephant ride.
The Villa was everything the pictures show and more, the beds were very comfortable, for us the villa its self was comfortable, we enjoy being outside/inside kind of living with all the modern things you can think of... wifi, stereo,up to date movies and flat screen TV and use of local cell phone.
House keeeping was done by Putu, cooking breakfast was also an option,we had this done daily and we enjoyed Putu's cooking very much! She always had a new fruit for us to experience.
Putu is very sweet and will go out of her way to make you happy we will never forget her or Wayne for their kindness.
Benjamin was away during our stay, but even while he was on his own vacation he still kept in contact with us ensuring that all was well with our stay. We are already planning our trip back. 2 weeks was just not enough to see Bali, so we hope to meet Benjamin in 2013!
Booking this trip was very easy and all or any questions we had were answerd promptly by Benjamin.
For us the location was a quiet area and a 5.00 cab ride at most to the beach, shopping and night clubs which we really liked going to but was glad we wern't in the middle of it all, and very happy to come home to our villa.
The local people that lived near the villa were also very nice to us saying good morning asking where we were from, one of the ladies even had a small store perfect for grabbing some beer!
so looking forward to next year!!!
We met a lot of great people in Bali and learnt even more, had some great laughs aswell, and saw the most amazing sites ever.
Can't wait to be back at the Villa!
Thanks again Benjamin

Villa Camini was amazing. Benjamin, was prompt and thorough in helping us rent this Villa with no hassle, he also provided us with an outstanding local guide/driver Wayan. The villa itself was beautifully done. High walls, beautiful landscape, clean and comfortable rooms, complete with a very nice pool and kitchen. The guest house was unique. The outside showers felt weird and the gecko freaked us out even though we were aware of its presence. Putu made it feel like home. She is a wonderful person and a good help. We made Indian food in the Villa everyday and that required a lot of kitchen. Surprisingly my adult children did well with the bugs and lizards. Thanks for getting us groceries as well. Wayan helped us make our Bali trip so memorable. He went above and beyond our expectations and that made it possible to experience Bali in such a short time. For this the location of the villa was perfect.
I highly recommend this villa for a complete Balinese experience. We might be back, we miss the people and the place already.

We had such a great time in this incredible house. The old javanese charm of the wooden buildings have been modernised with great thoughtfulness and attention to detail. It has a feeling of luxury with the high ceilings and elegant deco-the bedrooms and bathrooms are really comfortable, the kitchen has everything one could possibly want and is modern, and the living and lounge areas are great for relaxing and entertaining. The staff are all super nice too, we had some delicous breakfasts. Everyone is very discreet and charming. The pool and garden are lovely- and the gerneral area is far enough away from semignac to be calm and not too touristy-but near enough for ease. All in all my absolute favorite place that I stayed in in Bali by far- I couldnt recommend more highly.

Amazing place, there are no other words that could describe Villa Camini. The pictures online are beautiful, but to see it live is even better, fantastic!! The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy, the pool always clean and private, the kitchen great for having breakfast and ordering food in. The bathroom was great too!! In the open, elegant, modern and with a shower (and bath) very comfortable. The place has 2 big bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms, there was so much space!! In addition to all the amenities that this villa offers( they will even give you a cell phone with a local number!!), you will also find a helpful, kind and very sweet staff. Thanks Benjamin (the best host you'll ever find, super speedy in answering all our e-mails, very organized and always smiling) I'll be back for more!!

I found Villa Camini through a friend's recommendation. My partner and I needed something central to Seminyak area where we could relax and enjoy our holiday and Villa Camini was exactly that.
The friendly Villa hosts were there to help us with whatever we needed, from transport from the airport to a local phone to use or restaurant recommendations. The Villa was beautifully presented with a lovely garden and pool, a spacious master bedroom with air conditioning and cute guest house for our friends. There were various places throughout the Villa to entertain.
The place was kept spotless by a very accommodating staff who were there to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible, whether it be preparing a traditional Balinese feast or taking care of small things like Laundry or groceries.
I happily recommend Villa Camini to anyone and will planning my next trip there soon.
Thank you very for the lovely reveiw Jo!!
hope all is doing great in Uluwatu!

I have stayed here with my husband 2 .12 September 2011. The villa is very nice. It is in a very quiet place but next to the main road as well. The owner manager and housekeeping are all very friendly and helpful. Not much places to eat in walking distance but a lot of food delivery available. Very good massage in the house. This is a place I would definitely recommend for those looking for privacy and relaxation.

My girlfriend and I left Villa Camini end of november and we miss it and the people there already. We had such a wonderful time and the hosts were incredible. The villa is amazing, very well maintained and had many personal touches. Everything is well designed (pool, living area, garden) and cozy inside. A real pleasure.
Benjamin is a fantastic host, not only for having thought of all the house's comfort, but also because he gives very handy information to Bali newcomers. He provides items that make life easy - like a cell phone, scooter, etc...
The staff is helpful, kind and very sweet (Thanks Putu !)
I could continue to go on, but this truly was a wonderful experience and we fully intend of returning to the wooden house on our next trip to Bali.
bon çà ira... je vais effacer les autres photos plus compromettantes!!
merci à vous 2!

Thanks for the fantastic stay at the wooden house. It was so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. Made, Putu and ayu were also really friendly and helpful. We really didn't want to leave at the end of the stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again next time I'm in Bali!
