Perfectly located in the Oberoi district of Seminyak, this three bedroom villa, tastefully balance traditional Balinese design with modern architectural elements. Built, furnished and decorated using local materials with an eco friendly touch, a serene place to unwind, a tropical retreat offering luxury, privacy and functionality.
Bali inspired interiors offering intimacy, with large bay windows for great lighting .
This nice villa includes:
- A spacious living area, that can be opened or closed off, including a living room – a dining room - a US kitchen with a central bar . All these living spaces open onto the pool through large windows. These windows can allow you to isolate yourself in case of extreme heat (air conditioned space), rain, or to avoid the few mosquitoes at night.
- 2 large separated master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower or bath tub, sink, toilet), wardrobe, TV, Queen size bed (180 cms), a outdoor terrace overlooking pool
- First floor: bedroom-TV room with TV and sofa-bed (equipment: Office desk - TV - DVD player – sofa-bed (220 x 140))
- Shower corner downstairs ( shower, sink, toilet)

Response from the owner I'm always disappointed when one of our clients is not fully satisfied with their stay. We try to do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and our staff contributes fully . However, we are in Bali and we can not control all the problems ( power cuts , water, malfunction of the Internet, ... ) . I try to answer to your different remarks : - about the transfer from the airport : Sorry but the van has 7 places so the back seat seems to be fine to drive from the airport to the villa for about 15kms. And I don’t understand you didn’t like the transfert from the airport in our driver’s van and you asked him to take you on a tour !? - about no air conditioning on your arrival : Sorry . you arrived at the villa around 10pm. Because our staff leaves at 2pm, nobody in Bali turn on the air conditioner eight hours before need, because we are all involved in environment protection. However after 15 minutes air conditioning use, the rooms are cool. - About electricity power off : Really sorry...when the power goes out, there is not more water in the villa and that´s for major villas in Bali. You didn’t called our manager . She could off tell you how to turn on the power switch (located at the entrance). - About welcome basket : Sorry but I don't understand because we buy the welcome basket the day before arrival ! You have staff every morning, you should of say something or tell our manager. We have a drinking fountain in the kitchen, just need to use a glass ! About broken towel rail and tap, clients unfortunately brake many things and we need little time to repair ! - About glass panels : sorry but just before you a client broke one window panel and once again we need little time to repair...we are in the villa since your departure and we don' t see one Mosquito and we leave with windows open. - About no DVD player or TV in lounge : Sorry but the villa has already 3 TV LCD (and one DVD player) ...one TV in each bedroom...you are the first person asking for one more. About the music...we normally travel with our equipment I Phone or I Pod, but OK, we agree to leave one equipment in the villa just in case people don' t have their own equipment like you ! - About pool and garden maintenance : Sorry but Maybe they came when you were gone because I hope that you took time to visit our beautiful Bali. Our garden and pool staff come 3 times a week in order to give you privacy . - About availability of our driver : Sorry our driver is not a private driver. Like you read it in our information mail : “Upon request, our manager can reserve our driver for a day tour …” . If you reserve at the last minute, the driver can be not free. If you have called our manager, she could off find you another driver because we have different contacts. - About spa : Sorry but nobody has ever being electrocuted ! and there is no electricity in the spa ! it is a switch with pulsed air. - About location : Sorry but our location is great (400 m away from Oberoi street with restaurants, bars ,shops and grocery market)...we are in the heart of chic Oberroi and it is a very quiet area which is rare in Seminyak, because we are in a dead hand little street...I think that small children don't like to walk 7 mns anywhere in the world ! - About security man : Sorry I am not sure to understand. The security guard works out for both villas . However, we never feel insecure in our villa and we don’t take security man for us. - About intervention of our manager “when you couldn't get DVD player working for the kids” : it was not a dysfonctionnement, only you didn’t know how to use it . The DVD player works fine when we tried to use it after your stay ! - About your positive notes (Internet and our manager) : I am happy to know that you find something positive. Our clients and myself are very happy about this new beautiful villa and the staff that goes with it ! I don’t want to argue between us and I prefer to keep the good memories of our various email exchanges . But I wanted to remind you that we had done everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible and we can not control everything in Bali. Our manager Sandrine is surprised because she thought you were satisfied once the electric problems where fixed . You indicated no critical during your stay (except electrical problem) to our manager which you saw several times at the villa, and no information to me by email. I'm surprised that you make negative comments about the villa without inform us about it during your stay… strange … Alain
