Description
Die Villa Damai liegt Ruhig mit wenigen Nachbarn und 700m von der Hauptstraße direkt am Meer. Sie bietet einen tollen Garten- und Meerblick mit eigenem Pool und Gazebo (Pavillon) an und ist modern und luxuriös aus einer Mischung aus traditionellen und modernen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Es handelt sich hier um eine Nichtraucher Villa! Im Aussenbereich darf natürlich geraucht werden.

Unsere Villa ist immer Top gepflegt und es wird ständig wenn keine Gäste da sind etwas nach renoviert, damit Sie als nächster Feriengast die Villa auch wie auf den Bildern antreffen. Wir haben auch immer die neusten Bilder auf den Buchungsportalen nicht älter als 6 Monate, somit werden Sie bei uns nie eine böse Überraschung erleben, sonder bekommen dass, was Sie auch gebucht haben...
Sie werden bei uns auch nicht wie an manch anderen Orten üblich, ständig von fliegenden Händler belästigt.
Im Mietpreis ist ein Standardfrühstück enthalten, dass aus Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Honig, Eiern und Obst besteht, sowie Kaffee oder Tee!
Tee, Kaffee und Wasser steht ihnen 24 Stunden kostenlos zur Verfügung!
Die Villa wurde bis Ende November 2019 komplett neu renoviert und umgebaut, deshalb achten wir ständig darauf, dass dies auch so bleibt, damit Sie einen schönen Urlaub bei uns verbringen können!
Die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über einen Flachbild -TV mit Sat-Anschluss und ein CD / DVD-Player. Im Wohnbereich ist ein zusätzlicher Flachbild –TV mit Dolby Surround System. Das jeweils eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, Toilette, Waschtisch, Handtücher und gratis Pflegeprodukte. Im Hauptbadezimmer befindet sich zusätzlich noch ein Jacuzzi. Die vorderen Gästezimmer haben alle direkten Zutritt zur Terrasse mit Pool, Garden und Meerblick.
Küche
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Herd und Abzugshaube, Töpfe, Pfannen und weiteren Kochutensilien, sowie genügend Gläser und Geschirr. Es befindet sich auserdem ein Amerikanischer Kühlschrank in der Küche mit integrierter Minibar und Icemaker. Wer seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen möchte, für den können wir eine Köchin organisieren, die nicht nur kocht und die Küche wieder auf Vordermann bringt, sondern auch alle Einkäufe erledigt. Kochen für einen kleinen Obolus zzgl. Benzin. Sprecht uns einfach kurz an.
Im Aussenbereich (überdachte Terrasse) neben dem Esstisch (6 Personen), befindet sich der Grill mit Abzugshaube und ein zusätzlicher Gaskocher.
Auf der Terrasse ist ebenso wie eine gemütliche Sitzecke auch Lounge-Bereich und eine Massageliege.
Pool-Bereich
Dort befindet sich der 9,50 m x 5,0 m große Swimming-Pool mit intigrierter Bar und Sitzecke im Wasser.
Das Sun deck bietet mit seinen 100 m² genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Es stehen ihnen ausserdem 6 Liegen (vier davon mit integrierter Ablage) ein separater Beistelltisch und 3 Sonnenschirme zu Verfügung.
Im Garten haben ein Gazebo (Pavillon) mit Sitzgelegenheit mit einem runden Tisch. Von dort aus haben Sie einen herrlichem Blick auf den Pool, Garden und natürlich auf das Meer, da dieser nur 10 m vom Strand entfernt steht.
Zugang für unsere Gäste
Die Gäste haben zu allen Bereichen und ihren gebuchten Zimmern Zutritt. Bei Ankunft wird ihnen natürlich alles gezeigt.
Interaktion
Während ihres Aufenthaltes ist täglich unsere Managerin für Fragen oder Wünsche von 09.00 bis 18.00 Uhr erreichbar, (in Notfällen 24 Stunden)! Es steht ihnen ausserdem ein Hausmädchen zur Seite, damit Sie ihren Urlaub auch wirklich geniessen können. Auch ein Gärtner pflegt täglich den Garten und den Pool für Sie damit Sie auch beim Baden richtigen Spass haben. Abends ist zusätzlich ein Sicherheitsdienst da, der das Gesamtpaket abrundet.
Unsere Nachbarschaft
Sie haben eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Nur die Villa zur linken Seite ist wie unsere in einer Vermietung, die rechts wird vom Eigentümer selbst bewohnt.
In Indonesien schreibt das Gesetz vor, dass Urlauber sich innerhalb von 24 Stunden registrieren lassen müssen! Selbstverständlich nehmen wir ihnen dies ab.
Bei der Ankunft bitten wir Sie deshalb uns drei Kopien ihres Reisepasses zu übergeben, damit wir für Sie die Anmeldung und Registrierung vornehmen können (pro Person und 30 Tage, Rp. 50.000,-).
Preise für Transfers, Shuttle-Service usw. sowie weitere Infos für Ausflüge befinden sich in der Villa.
Transfer vom Flughafen oder von einem anderen Ort auf Bali zur Villa (€ 89- für bis zu 4 Personen)! Baby-Bett auf Anfrage Rp 100000 pro Nacht!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schon richtig klasse und dass ihr uns auch diverse Sachen mitgebracht habt und in diesem Zusammenhang unserem Hausmädchen eine große Freude bereitet habt, fand ich richtig toll. Auch das erste Treffen in Singapore war schon super, so konnten wir uns bevor ihr überhaupt in der Villa eingecheckt habt kennen lernen! Es hat einfach richtig Spaß mit euch gemacht und dass ihr mich als zweiten Guide auf den Touren dabei haben wolltet, fand ich auch schön, denn an manchen Orten war ich selbst seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr und somit kann ich meinen zukünftigen Gästen wieder weitergeben was sich alles zum Positiven geändert hat. Gerne habe ich für euch eure Wünsche erfüllt, ob es diverse Einkäufe waren, Geldwechseln, oder den Wunsch von euch, Artur mit einer Gluten freien Torte und den fliegenden Lichter-Laternen zu überraschen, wie ihr so schön sagt „geht nicht“, gibt’s nicht, denn wenn die Gäste happy sind, bin ich, bzw. wir es auch! Dass es euch wirklich sehr gut bei uns gefallen hat, sieht man auch daran, dass ihr durch eine Weiterempfehlung uns schon nach dieser kurzen Zeit neue Gäste gebracht habt, an dieser Stelle vielen herzlichen Dank dafür, denn dies ist die beste Bestätigung, dass wir wirklich Urlaub vermitteln.
