Villa Safira is a splendid and luminous three-story historical villa built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps 19 people. From Villa Safira you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Safira is 800 square meters (8610 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Serravalle Pistoiese. You will find the closest restaurant and shops at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards).

To stay at Villa Safira you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

As guests of Villa Safira it will be possible to organize weddings and celebrate them in the on-site private chapel, upon request and for a fee.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa along a 200-meters (660-feet) walkway that has no stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September, from 10 am to 7 pm.

Garden

The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown.

The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills.

You will be able to enter the first dining room from the corridor or from another independent entrance. The floor is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling boasts a brick circular vault. The dining table can accommodate 20 guests. The furnishings include an armchair and wood benches. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor through an access area. It is professional-grade, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate 20 guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room has a small high window.

Bedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the first living room. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the garden.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first living room.
