At Sunset Cove Condo Resort, you get all the perks of a Caribbean resort—including the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach, ocean views, local fitness centre access, and a flawless white sand beach—plus the benefits of a condo unit that is individually owned and maintained. At this unit, #104, a spotless, light-filled oasis with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths awaits—and it’s right in the centre of the action on Seven Mile Beach!
Walk to beach bars, delicious restaurants, shopping, and more from Sunset Cove, located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. Or, go no further than the glittering shoreline that waits just outside the sliding glass doors of your ground-floor condo. On the beach in your backyard, you’ll find a protected swimming cove (great for kids and new swimmers!), a reef for snorkelling, and a wide, white sand beach with beach chairs. (Beach umbrellas are available for checkout at the complex office!) No other beach on Seven Mile can boast the same combination of perfect sunbathing beach and offshore snorkelling opportunities (there’s even a dive shop on-site for renting your gear). The pool area at Sunset Cove is a hit, too, thanks to its swim-up snack and cocktail bar, hot tub, and 3 separate pools—2 for adults and one wading pool for kids.
Speaking of kids: little ones are more than welcome at Sunset Cove #104. In fact, lots of extras are provided for your family here, including a pack-n-play, highchair, and two additional rollaway beds. With these rollaway beds, a total of 7 people can sleep comfortably at #104, with accommodations that also include one king-sized bedroom, one queen-sized bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twins. A condo that can house this many guests is rare on Seven Mile—bring your friends or family and enjoy paradise!

Stayed here over Spring Break. Sunset Cove site behind Treasure Island. What a great place to spend some time. Love the fact that this is adjacent to 7 Mile beach...first morning, walked down to see women out a 630 am to save chairs with books and towels. Not the way I would want to spend a holiday.
At Sunset Cove - never an issue with chairs, crowds, or obnoxious vacationers. The pool and pool bar were great...not really crowded.
The ability to snorkel right off the complex what terrific for the kids.
Unit 104 is 3 bed rooms and there are additional rollaway beds if needed. We never used them, but they are there if you have a couple more folks with you.

The location of the condo was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean and modern. We were able to relax on the deck and walk right to the beach and swimming area just feet from our deck. This location is great because it is the last condo on the end beach front so it was very private. We were able to walk seven mile beach right from the condo. We all decided this was the best location and would definitely stay here again. The snorkeling at Sunset Cove was as good if not better than the other locations on Seven Mile Beach.

Our condo is right on the beach and had all of the amenities that a family would want or need, i.e. washer/dryer, cooking utensils, central air, etc.) It is just like the ad. The master bath could be updated a bit, but otherwise the condo and its location were superb. Make sure you enjoy the magnificent sunsets and sunrises right fro the patio or the master bedroom.

We visited Sunset Cove for the first time in December 2013 and we had a great time. We booked our condo through Cayman Villas and they were excellent. Very responsive to emails and correspondence beforehand and answered all of my questions. Keys were waiting for us when we arrived with directions to the condo. We took a taxi and found the condo in perfect shape ready for us! The place is a little older but very clean and comfortable. We have 2 small kids (4 and 2) and it was a perfect fir for all four of us. All of the bedrooms were nice and the best part was the walk out patio which looked right at the ocean. When the kids were in bed we read our books on the patio and listened to the ocean!
We took the local bus around the island which was cheap and great (they are like a large van) and everyone was very nice. We felt safe with our 2 kids everywhere we went. We walked 15 min down the road to Kirk market 2-3 times during our trip to get groceries and made our own meals - we did go out a couple of times for dinner. Carlos and Martin's Mexican restaurant was within walking distance and was delicious! The only small downside was the the aC was not working in the unit when we arrived but the owner sent someone to fix it right away and it was good after that. We would definitely go back again!

This unit is excellent, with a beautiful beachfront deck. We listened to the waves all night. The kids could snorkel in the cove so easily. The best fish were right in the cove and just beyond it. My 8 yr old and I saw a barracuda, parrot fish, sting ray etc. Can't wait to go back.

We are frequent visitors to this condo development because of it's great family qualities,it has everything! A kiddie pool, pool bar, ocean front and now ocean front snorkling. Everthing was top notch except with some issue's I talked to the owner about. Maid service was almost non existent but that was because of a holiday period. Also the pool had many people from the front residential area in it which is fine except some of the children were unsupervised and we felt responsible for them.

Our family, 5 adults, rented this fabulous condo while down for a wedding. We found it was even nicer than the pictures showed. With 3 bedrooms, we all had our own beds and lots of space. Very clean and fully equipped. The wi-fi was greatly appreciated since the roaming and data charges are extreme when travelling. You couldn't have asked for a better condo location, right on the beach and no stairs to climb. We loved waking up and stepping out the patio doors to sit on the patio to have our morning coffee. The sound of the waves and the gentle breeze were so relaxing. The owner called to see if everything was OK, a very nice man and very accommodating. The younger adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as made much use of Billy Bones. Staff were friendly and helpful. The taxis/cab vans were always around the hotel. The taxi rate seemed to vary from $3-4 CI per person or one group amount (depends on number of people going), depending on the driver and which makes them more money. Us money is accepted though the exchange got confusing. Example - $4 CI is $6 us, $100 CI is $80 us. Buying groceries can be expensive but lots of restaurants and pizza places nearby. We ate at Billy Bones and found the food and prices very good. We visited Stingray sandbar and Rum Point and loved all of it. Wish we had more time to stay and see other sites while down there but we have lots of great pictures and memories. We plan on returning in the future and hope to rent this condo again.

To be fair, we prefer staying at other end of Seven Mile Beach; so, Sunset Cove has a strike against it for that simple reason. This is a spacious, well laid-out unit, a plus. Swimming right out front is problematic, but the adjacent hotel's sandy entrance to the water helps. The unit is not easy to access, parking is quite far away relative to other condos we have rented in the area. Last, but not least, and not in control of owner or manager, it was very buggy; so, as delightful as it seems to sit out on veranda watching the sunset, some of us paid dearly with resulting insect bites.

This was our fourth time in Sunset Cove #104 formerly Treasure Island. We are very comfortable there and love the amenities. The location is perfect for us , very quite and convenient to everything. The owner is lovely and very helpful. We will definitely return again.
