On prestigious Seven Mile Beach, there are very few private villas for rent. Most offerings are condominiums, hotels, or not part of the rental pool. Coral Reef, however, is one phenomenal exception.
Completely renovated and expanded in 2015 [NEW PICTURES FORTHCOMING], this villa is now a spectacular 7-bedroom (with bonus Game Room) and 7-bath beachfront mini-resort located on the most sought after beach in the Cayman Islands and the globe.
Not only are there now 7 private bedrooms to sleep 18 persons comfortably, there is a huge Game Room with Ping-Pong, billiards, 70" flatscreen TV complete with spillover bedding to accommodate an additional 8 persons. So with two queen beds in the loft, two murphy beds and a daybed/trundle plus an additional full bath in the Game Room, everyone will find their own corner in paradise! Coral Reef can now host the best family reunions with bedding for 26 persons in total. All of the bedrooms at Coral Reef have buttery soft linens, designer furnishings, and well-placed pops of island colour. Three of the bedrooms provide sea views and sliding-door access to tropical outdoor spaces.
Coral Reef’s living areas enjoy sunlight and sea views through large, oceanfront windows. Spanning the second floor, a large balcony coaxes you to step into the Caribbean breeze with your morning coffee…and stay for a leisurely afternoon of watching the aqua sea roll in gentle waves onto the pristine white sands of Seven Mile Beach. Or settle into the plush, shaded cabana poised at the edge of the Caribbean.
As the most sought after stretch of shoreline, Seven Mile provides postcard-worthy island scenery. And, thanks to its length, many segments of the beach are empty and quiet at all times of day. Other areas of the beach, however, provide oceanfront eateries, beach bars, spas, shopping and more—all found just a short seaside stroll from Coral Reef.
As you would expect, the gourmet kitchen at Coral Reef is a large space with granite countertops, Thermador & Breville appliances, a centre island, and countertop seating that makes it easy to chat with the chef while they work. There is also a pool-side wet bar with an extra fridge, ice machine, sink and prep space to make afternoons at the beach a breeze. Sonos sound system both inside and outside, WIFI, board games, dart board, books and more provide lots of entertainment for everyone.
Children are welcome at Coral Reef, and child-friendly accessories and equipment are provided for you, such as highchairs, playpens, and beach toys like paddleboards, floats, snorkel gear, and more. Call us to inquire for more details about what is provided!

We had a blast staying at Coral Reef. There were 6 adults and 2 kids (ages 9 & 13). There was plenty of room for hanging out, eating breakfast, playing games, swimming and playing on the beach. We never felt crowded or on top of each other. Truly appreciated the kayaks, paddle boards, wake boards and snorkeling gear that was right on site available to use. Didn't have to walk or drive anywhere to do activities - just dragged something out to the water and got going. Also was thankful a washer/dryer was there. The kitchen is stocked - don't worry about bringing spices or basics. The water is a little rough to enter due to the shells but once you get in it is wonderful. The house is just a short walk (5 min) up the beach to the Tiki Bar, a place known on the island for their jerk chicken and rum punch. Would love to return again soon.

We had an incredible time, and this house helped with that. We were on island for my mil's 80th birthday so needed a place close to their home in West Bay. It was perfect for our 3 generation family of 12 - ample space for everyone, with all the comforts of home (very functional kitchen, games, movies, gas grill, etc). The convenience of having the beach right outside the door was especially nice as we had "nappers" and no one had to sit inside with them, we brought monitors for this but I think they are also in the house. The plunge pool was great for the little ones, and when the adults needed a respite from the sun - be careful of staying in just too long, we had a lot of faded swimsuits - too much chlorine?
Jim, the manager, took his time and showed us everything the house had to offer, and is just next door if you need anything.
It's safe to say we had a fantastic family vacation, and if/when we return, would definitely consider renting again.

My family has stayed in many rentals on different Caribbean islands. This house by far had the best beach. Waking up every morning and being able to walk out 20 feet to the ocean was incredible. The house was extremely accommodating for young children. Had a stroller, monitors, baby gates, pool/beach toys, etc. my family and I will be returning!!
However, the housekeeping service was a little poor. Wasn't a strong clean every day.

No service to speak of. Key pick up is at the rental car office. Manager meets you at the residence and does a quick review of the property.
Maid service was terrible. Never knew when she might come/or go. She seemed to wander around for an hour , sweep the kitchen make a bed or two and then leave. Never washed the towels or replaced the towels in the bathrooms. House needs a complete and thorough cleaning. Kitchen is outfitted with everything, but utensils had been put away dirty. Cupboards were greasy. We washed everything before we used it!
So beyond cleanliness , the house is well laid out for larger groups or families. Is close to grocery stores and the main shopping area of Georgetown. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a great size.
The pool should be described as a plunge pool. Although long, it is only four feet deep. The exterior patio around the pool is small.
The beach is the best feature here. Lovely !

My daughter's wedding was held in the backyard of the villa, and it was a perfect setting. We arrived 4 days before the wedding and stayed 4 more days after. My family and freinds enjoyed staying at the villa, we decided after the experience to never hotel it again if we can help it. There was 12 people staying at the villa...we found the amount of space to be perfect.
We were expecting the villa to be less ols looking, the pictures were a little deceiving. Everything could be spruced up, especially the kitchen. It is a bit unorganized and dirty in places.

This property is a 10 plus ! Everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay with extended family and children.Rooms are pure luxury! Bathrooms and showers there are so many that are well appointed you couldn't help
but to try a different one every day. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent for washing off the salt water after snorkeling out front of the property. I am a frequent flyer to the Cayman Islands and this property by far was the best my family has ever stayed in.Location is right on the seven mile beach a short drive to Georgetown and a short drive to Westbay.
