My boyfriend and I had a very serene weekend in this cabin. It was very warm & cozy...a home away from home without the frustrations of daily responsibilites. Cabin USA provided quality service. I love that the cabin was hidden in the mountains yet a minute away from all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg provides. I absolutely shopping at the outlet stores as well as choosing to dine at several of the hundreds of enticing restaurants. Whether you are vacationing with family, friends, or a significant other, your experience in any one of the Cabin USA cabins will be absolutely memorable!

My wife and I chose Honey Bear for our honeymoon getaway. It was perfect.
We were closer to neighbor than I expected, but honestly it was like they weren't there at all. I had no problem with noise levels.
The cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable. We had a back door to our bedroom and our front room. A fireplace outside and inside. It was a great cabin-I have considered building a copy of it.
The hot tub was great! It was clean and warm-ready for us to climb in when we got there.
Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge were all just minutes away-and breathtaking during the Christmas season.
We enjoyed it, and will be returning in the future. ;)

We arrived after dark to the cabin and had a hard time to get into the cabin. First the front porch light was off and we couldn't see anything. Tripped over the front step on the way to the door and that was just the start. The lock was missing number keys and you had to guess which number was which. Once you got inside the cabin it was very nice. Beautiful living room and bedroom but that was where it ended. There were only 2 towels for us and 1 washcloth. There was no soap or hand towels in bathroom, so if you washed your hands you only had water. The next day we called for more towels and they never arrived. We had to call twice to get towels delievered. We went to make coffee and there was mold growing in it. It looked like the filter had not been cleaned in months. We then found out the DVD player didn't work so we had to watch infomercials at night. Making dinner was also an issue since there was no pot holders to get food out of the oven.
There was no view off the back deck. You looked straight into some evergreen trees. We went to the mountains to see the beautiful leaves and all we saw were a few evergreen trees and the cabins built right next to us.

We loved the Honey Bear Cabin and the way it was decorated. The hot tub being inside a screened porch was a big plus. The location was great too. The only two things we were disappointed with were,#1--the jacuzzi had hair in it so we had to clean before using #2 the lid on the coffee pot was broken and when we went to pour coffee it spilled. Luckily no one got burned. Other than that we enjoyed our anniversary weekend.

There wasn't a great view and it wasn't noted that there were cabins so close together. We did have some minor problems, and I can't say that the staff was exactly knowledgeable. We did enjoy our vacation but I will not use this rental company again.

This was a gret location. The cabin is beautifull. The cabin had not been cleaned very well prior to our stay. The area rugs had not been lifted and cleaned under them. We found wrappers sticking out from under the edge of the rugs. The kitchen sink strainer had not been cleaned and there was old food in the strainer that had a bad oder. The cabin had an oder to it. We purchased some lysol spray and sparyed the cabin and that took care of the oder. We did enjoy our trip and had a great time. We will return in the future.
