We make this trip every year and try to stay in different cabins each time. This cabin was nice but does not rate as our best. Beds were very uncomfortable and need to be upgraded.
Service personnel responded quickly to any and all requests. Overall, this was a good trip.

With children in college and their own jobs, lives, schedules and significant others, we'd almost given up on planning a family vacation. But we chose fall break from college and "Beautiful View" and everyone made the time.
It was a relaxing 3 nights, each ending with a long soak in the hot tub.
The availability of amenities in the cabin quickly had us thinking about coming back and spending a longer time in the future. We played pool, air hockey, watched a movie and grilled out.
We each had the space to spread out and retreat to our own rooms for quiet time and rest, unlike packing into a couple of hotel rooms. The cost was comparable to 2-3 hotel rooms but with much more to offer.
While packing up on the morning we left, I said, "Next time, we come back and stay a week." And everyone agreed.
“I can hardly wait until next year when we return...”

This was the absolute best family reunion I've experienced with my family. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and the Cabin. My mom was very comfortable which is rare for her and I enjoyed the jacuzzi early in the morning, so refreshing. We've already decided that we are returning for next year. Thanks for the Beautiful View.

We had a great stay at Beautiful View Cabin (Eden Crest Rentals). The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed.
This is not a secluded cabin...it is in a resort are with other cabins, but it was still beautiful.
There were a couple of stains on the bedspreads, but everything else was very clean.
Check in was easy, and the staff was helpful.
This was only 10 minutes or so away from the main strip in Pigeon Forge
We would stay here again.

Location was great! We really enjoyed our cabin, our party consisted of 2 couples with 1 teenage each (boy/girl). Everyone really like having their own space we share nightly board game nights. We walked down the hill starting to the left of the cabin. We all made it! (1.6 miles all the way around). We didn't get a chance to enjoiy the pool nor put-put golf. The family enjoyed Wonderworks, Nascar, Dollywood Park, Shopping and simply relaxing. We only had two meals out; therefore we really enjoyed the cabin, the full kitchen and the grill.
Oh, If you take S. New Era (the main street outside of the entry to the Resort) turn right it takes you directly in the parking lot of the Outlet Mall and Nascar!! Less traffic
Would we come back? You betcha!

We stayed 3 nights during Christmas and was very pleased with the cabin and location. This was a gift to us from my Dad. We had 3 families there which included two teenagers and 3 children. We even had a visit from a local Santa. One the morning that we were leaving I happened to notice the gentleman across the street that was cleaning one of the cabins looked like Santa. I spoke to him and told him I didn't know that Santa had a second job. He looked a lot like Santa and he came in to meet the children and was very friendly and the children was so excited. He told the children that he had to work to buy reindeer food. He told the children to make sure and leave him a letter when we checked out with Eden Crest but they didn't get around to doing their letters. That made our Christmas. I guess you could call it a little Christmas Spirit.

My family which consisted of 6 adults and 6 children ages ranging from 15 to 9 spent the weekend in Beautiful View. It was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed our stay even though it was short, and would definitely return. We are even talking about when we can make a return visit.

Although our reservations were a bit mixed up, not E.C.'s fault, the team took care of my family quickly and proficiently. Our cabin was extremely clean, well appointed and tastefully furnished for the environment. Loved the in cabin entertainment for the kids!! I truely cannot wait to return to TN to Eden Crest.
