Enjoyed the cabin, between the view, the loft with pool table and air hockey and the hot tub outside, it was hard not have a good time. With the closeness to all local entertainment and dining was a nice plus.

Loved the cabin, and Eden Crest staff were great and very friendly. Beds (both of the king beds, and the pull out sleepers) were very uncomfortable, and hard. Need mattress upgrades! Also not very many channels on TV. Also need to upgrade cookers, thank God we brought some of our own.

If we begin like a geometry equation, then let us start with the "givens". Easy check in process, great looking cabin, close to everything in town, nice mountain views. Almost the perfect cabin..so 85% is there. The beds are really bad. Chicken wire springs poking you in the back all night. Poor sleeps, they have the egg crates and cushioning trying to mask the really bad mattresses. Try having a big day and lots of fun to sleep on a bed where turning in the night wakes you up...the sleep was downright painful and uncomfortable. For what you rent out the cabin for, just buy a couple of quality $900 mattresses. Make your visitors happy, and you won't have to replace them but every 7 years or so. Also, no screen doors to the front deck or rear deck/patio, so you can't be connected because of all the wonderful mountain spring time bugs/insects. Leave your doors open, and they come in!! So you have to close them when you are out in the hot tub or on the grill or sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck. Can't let any of the fresh mountain air inside the house. So either let the bugs in, or you can't hear your family, the music, and the feel of your family if they are inside. Isolated because of the lack of any sliding screen door or regular screen door. So those are the two issues, but who wants to pay that much and have poor nightly sleeps and/or not have the screen door option. After all, don't most of us all have screen doors to our back yards/patios even in apartments, right? So wouldn't you expect an awesome top notch cabin to have such a basic thing? Why tell you how awesome the place is. It is awesome, but let me say what needs to be said so that improvements can be made that count. And if you can't get a proper sleep, your body cannot rejuvinate and heal itself. I'm only 40 yrs old, so I'm no bedding snob who must sleep on pillows sent from heaven made by angels, but even the Hampton Inn knows how important a good mattress is for its guests.
“Wonderful cabin & beautifully decorated. Great Experience.”

The Catin was really beautiful. Very clearn and the hot tub was great. Loved the flatscreen TV over the fireplace. I would definitely stay here again. It is close to everything. I would have like the TV in the front bedroom to be a little larger. It was quite small and hard to see. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. The Broomes

We had a wonderful time. I could have just stayed at the cabin and enjoyed it. It was quiet, clean, inviting and you just felt at home from the opening of the door. I look forward to coming back soon. Thank you so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at
Blue Heaven. The cabin was beautiful, the view was beautiful, and we were totally relaxed by the end of our week there. We especially enjoyed the wrap around porch, it was perfect weather to sit out on the rockers and read a good book. It was a short drive to both Pigeon
Forge and Gatlinburg, so worked great for us.

We had a great time in the cabin. The kids loved the Pool Table, Air Hockey, Wii and the swimming pool. The only trouble we had was the Hot Tub Chemicals were wrong and burned our eyes but was taken care of as soon as we repoted the problem. Would Stay there again and agin.

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Eden Crest and I highly recommend them to anyone. The cabin was very nice, could use a light in the closet where the washer and dryer are located. I will rent from Eden Crest the next time I visit PF. They are great

The cabin was very clean and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the game room was awesome. The location of the cabin was close to all the attractions. We visited the Titanic and loved it! The wireless Internet was great for my teenage girls, and my husband love the big screen TV. I personally enjoyed the hot tub, and the unlimited long distance to check on my elderly parents. The views were incredible from the cabin balcony.
The cabins are a little close together, but we rarely ever seen anyone. I also liked that it was a gated resort, no busy traffic! Over all it was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have ever stayed. We can't wait to go back.

The cabin was very nice. Very clean and had just about all we needed, minus Food. However, we were disappointed that we had to go to the main office on the highway to get things like the game system, golf clubs for "putt putt" and to sign up for "dial up internet". We felt this info should have been given to us upon check in. Because we lacked this information we missed time enjoying these family activities. WE were VERY please that all our entertainment was so close. And our church, just down the road. We plan to take another trip there in the future. Thanks for a relaxing vacation. The LaBouve Family
