It was a very enjoyable and relaxing trip the home was very nice, it was a great price for the rooms provided. Our previous vacation homes have been higher up in the mountains, in this home the view wasn't the same however it was very nice & affordable.
We loved the movie theater & game room
The second kitchen was not useful however we did use the card table.
We enjoyed the wifi service.
The service/checkin was great as always.

We stayed at the Party Hut with 3 other families. There were 17 total that stayed (8 adults, 9 children). Everyone had a lot of fun just hanging out and relaxing...enjoying the company of good friends. The kids had a blast with all of the arcade games, air hockey, pool table, and shuffle board. The theater room was a very nice plus! We enjoyed watching movies after the kids went to bed. The extra kitchen area upstairs made it nice to have meals with such a large group. The Party Hut has 2 hot tubs, which was very relaxing! The staff at EdenCrest addresses any problems in a timely manner...we had trouble with our grill not working properly. They had someone right out to help fix the problem. The cabin is beautifully decorated and well taken care of. This is the 3rd cabin I have stayed in with EdenCrest and all of the cabins have been immaculate. I would definitely stay here again, and am looking forward to booking this same cabin very soon!

We enjoyed the house. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do and far enough out of the fray to be private. We normally take a beach vacation and decided to do something different this year. The only wrinkle in our stay was that we lost a personal item at the house that was not found. Overall we've never had a better accommodation anywhere.

Everything was great except for wireless enternet. I called the office and they sent a maintenance man who told me he did not know anything about the wi-fi but he was told to find the modem and unplug it and plug it back up. He never found the modem. It was not this man's fault.

The parking for the cabin was nice with the circle type driveway. However there is no grass area for the kids to play. The wonderful play ground area made up for that. One of the things I liked most about the cabin was the top floor. It was like a whole house in itself.A living room area,a kitchen with 8 barstools and a table for 4,not forgetting the 2 nice size bedrooms, each with their own bath. The cabin was easy to find and probably less than 10 minutes from the parkway.

The only thing I can say about this cabin is it only has one private bathroom in master bed room on third floor. Other than that We loved our stay and had a great time in the game room but the game room needed to be cleaned it was dirty but still fun

We had a great time in Gatlinburg at Eden Crest. The Party Hut was awesome and huge! The Eden Crest Offices are difficult to find as well as the houses do not have addresses so Gps's are no good.
It made it alittle difficult to navigate as well as give directions but it worked out fine.
Wish check out could have been later. Try organizing 17 people to leave by 11am.
Thanks for the great stay, we will definitely stay with them again.

Stayed at the Party Hut with 19 close friends! We had a blast and didn't even leave the cabin for the 3 days we were there. It needs an intercom system throughout the house because it is so big and easy to get lost in! The cabin was very clean upon arrival, and everyone we came in contact with at Eden Crest throughout the booking and renting process was extremely pleasant! The Party Hut started to feel like our home away from home. I would definitely recommend Eden Crest and The Party Hut to anyone!

We were able to secure this property relatively easy and at a pretty decent price.
Also Kristin was a great help (Thanks).
The house was very spacious for our group. We brought our Sunday school class (a small group of College and Career age) for a 2-day ski trip nearby. We were able to accommodate everyone very comfortably. The basement was big and excellent for gathering during our stay (pool, air hockey, video games and media room).
The house is located in a quiet area on a hill. There is a nice view of the surrounding area.
However, there were a few things that stood out that were not so good:
1. We asked about toiletries and were told they were provided. When we arrived, we found no bar soap in the bathrooms - not a great problem.
2. The description of the property states there are 5 bathrooms - we found 4. This could have been a major problem.
3. There were some blinds in the basement that we could not close - we covered the windows with a blanket
4. The window coverings are blinds only. There is a gap between the blinds and the edge of the window which does not allow privacy from anyone that might be outside on the decks. Some curtains in bedrooms would be nice.
5. When I called to ask about the soap and the blinds, I was directed to voice mail. I did not leave a message due to the fact that we leaving the house. It would have been nice to have had a direct phone number immediate concerns during the stay.

We rented this cabin so the whole family could stay in one place. The cabin was beautiful but one of the hot tubs did not work. There was a cleaning fee for use of the hot tub but it was not refunded when it didn't work. Other than that we had a wonderful tiime. The teenagers loved the game room and the theatre room. The cabin was very close to all of the things we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was perfect for our church group. This is the best cabin we have stayed at. The youth were happy with all the games and hottubs. There was a few maintenance issued that need to be taken care of at the cabin. I took hold of the stove door to open it and the handle came off on one end. One of the men fixed it so we could use it. The table in the dinning room has a sticky film (or something) on the top of it. We tried to clean it off. Just general maintenance that if you were not aware of, you would not think of to take care of. There was other little things.
