I spent 4 lovely days in this adorable little cottage on the pond. The house was clean and sweetly decorated. The use of space was very well thought out.. The owner most helpful and cordial. The setting of this lovely cottage is nestled in the mountains within ear shot of Dollywood. I could here the train and the nightly fireworks, when standing on the deck. The pond is teaming with fish and a couple big turtles so bring your poles. It is catch and release only though. I just enjoyed standing on the porch feeding bread crumbs to the fish and turtles. It is just only about 5 miles from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, and a mere 12 maybe from Gatlinburg. I loved my stay there. The cottage has everything you need, to escape the trials of this world, for a so much needed rest and solitude. There is a wonderful grocery store just4 miles away if that , it rivaled any I have ever been in for a wonderful salad bar and any food you might need. I spent all my time while there in Seviierville in the cottage, except a couple brief trips to get groceries and to do a little shopping in Pigeon Forge. Dinner at the Old Mill Resturant is a must. The food is excellent and the prices even better.
