With one of the most sought-after addresses right in the heart of Seville and a fabulous roof terrace overlooking the Cathedral, this lovely two bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple or group of three. In such a central location guests needn’t go far to find what they need, whether that be restaurants, shops, or Seville’s many historic sights and attractions. The city’s stunning Gothic Cathedral is just a stone’s throw from the apartment, and should be top of any visitor’s must-do list. Also nearby is the Alcazar, the Plaza de la Virgen de los Reyes and the Giralda, and although it is slightly further afield the Guadalquivir River is still within walking distance. Another must-do for guests is a visit to the neighbouring barrio of Santa Cruz, undoubtedly the most atmospheric part of the city. As Seville’s old Jewish Quarter, Santa Cruz is filled with historic architecture, flower-filled patios, narrow streets and traditional tabernas and tapas bars, and it’s definitely worth spending an afternoon or two exploring this magical part of the city. Surface area: 70m2 + 15m2 terrace. 8th floor accessed by lift. Building has porter. The entrance leads into a hall with views into the living room. The living room has a dining area equipped with tables and chairs to seat 4 people and a seating area with a 3 seater sofa, coffee table and two easy chairs. Flat screen TV with DVD in one corner. Opposite the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate pantry with shelves and the washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) and the second bedroom has single bed with a desk. Both bedrooms have fitted cupboards and access to a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. The terrace can be accessed from the living room, corridor or the master bedroom. Terrace: 15m2 equipped with table and chairs to seat 6 people.

We like to stay in apartments midway a long vacation so we can do our laundry. So finding an awesome apartment with a w/d can be challenging. This apartment checked all the boxes.
And the view!!!
We spent four nights here and it was perfect.The central location could not have been better. You are able to walk everywhere, in any direction. We used the terrace quite frequently as the weather was perfect, and never tired of the view.
The apartment is a perfect size for a couple. It was spotless and well outfitted. Although we did need to request for a top sheet. The kitchen is compact, but hey it's a kitchen. We only used the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is only a washer. The drier was one of those foldy rack things, that worked fine thanks to the perfect weather.
Gary, our greeter (an ex-pat), was promptly phone available when we arrived at the train station. Call him before you get in a taxi and he will give you instructions on how to meet. It worked perfect. He was full of tips and helpful info, as well as armed with maps. He also responded immediately to a few questions we had during our stay.
Spain Select was very easy to work with. I liked the ease of their website and their prompt response to any questions. We received our deposit refund within one week.
Loved this apartment and would absolutely stay here again. In fact not sure where else we would stay. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home.
(Helpful hint: Unless you love flies, stay away from the horses. Avoid eating on a sidewalk that is on the horse trail and when you hear the horses coming, duck for cover - the flies are relentless)

We stayed in this top-floor 2-bed apartment, designed for a max of 3 people, and loved it. The location is unbeatable and the view from the balcony/terrace must be the best in Seville. The apartment was small but comfortable and more than adequate for a couple or a couple + 1.
We went through Spain-Select to book it and thought they were first-rate and very helpful in providing maps and local knowledge on what to do. We loved it so much we couldn't be bothered going to Granada as planned and extended our stay from 8 to 12 days at the apartment. The TV didn't have any reception to speak of but we weren't there to watch TV. Would have liked a kettle but hey, that's just being picky. If we ever go back to Seville we'll be heading right back here. Tc

We were a bit worried about staying in Puerta de Jerez as we did not see any previous reviews (which is also why I have decided to leave one) but we searched for Spain Select and seeing the reviews for other apartments we were more reassured about the quality of service and the comfortability of the apartment. We were not dissapointed! We love the views from the apartment and the terraze was just wonderful! The location was superb as well. We loved the small restaurants in the area and the fact that we could walk everywhere. Stacey from Spain Select was so very helpful! Thank you! We are renting a villa with them this sumemr in Mallorca and are very much looking forward to our stay.
