Located in the historical neighbourhood of Santa Cruz in the very heart of Seville, this lovely two bedroom duplex apartment is ideally situated for visitors looking to experience the vibrant culture and atmosphere of one of Spain’s most romantic cities. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is one of the best in Seville for traditional tabernas and tapas restaurants – a leisurely evening tapeo in Santa Cruz is a quintessential experience and is not to be missed! Santa Cruz’s central location means that guests never need venture too far from home to find what they are looking for, whether that be great shopping, restaurants, or cultural and tourist attractions. Comfortable yet stylish, the apartment itself has been tastefully decorated by the owner in bright Andalucian colours and quality local furnishings. The focal point of the property is its lovely plant-filled inner courtyard. I recently retunred from vacation in Spain with my wife and son. We were fortunate to stay in this amazing apartment. It is wonderful place to sneak away to and is within walking distance of all of the attractions of old Seville.
Finding the apartment would have been impossible without Gary, our host. He met us at a location near the apartment and walked us to the location. The streets of the Santa Cruz neighbourhood are very difficult to navigate and the apartment is not accessible by car. That is what made is so special. The space is an oasis in a very busy area. The kitchen was well stocked and well equipped. The beds were comfortalbe and the apartment is very nicely deoorated. I recommend the property and the property management company (Spain Select) very highly.

3 adults stayed in Santa Cruz I in June 2013 and we couldn't have chosen a better accommodation option. Santa Cruz I was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, high quality linen, spacious, light and bright, and very comfortable. The internal courtyard was an added bonus. The apartment is also completely quiet even though it is situated in the historical centre. It has pedestrian access only, so there is no noise from vehicles. It is perfect for exploring Seville: the Cathedral is no more than a 2 minute walk and there are countless bars and restaurants in the immediate area. The main shopping area of Sierpes is about a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this apartment. You won't be disappointed. SpainSelect was faultless during the booking process as well as offering us service during our stay in Seville.

I rented this apartment for a trip with my nephew. It was in a great location. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy - not only did we get keys but there was bottled water, milk, juice and coffee for us. We also got great recommendations on places to eat. The worse thing I can say is there wasn't a spatula to flip our omlettes in the morning nor was there a place to hang clothes we washed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone going to Seville.

Never having been to Seville before I was delighted by the extent of the city and the andalucian culture. We had a ball; Mum and two older teenage girls. Staying at this apartment for 5 nights was a delight; so central and within the main part of the Barrio Santa Cruz. The local contact gave us strawberries and an excellent guidebook that enabled us to march and cycle around the city and showed us where the markets were. (oh my goodness, how cheap is fruit and veg!)Not only that but the apartment was pristine and a pleasure to come home to. Because of its great location you could come and go in the day or slip out to a Tapas bar in the evening with no effort involved. (Think being on the waters edge but in a city, it was that good a location!) It was too cold to sit out in the little patio when we were there in February but I could imagine it being an oasis when it is hotter.
As ever the Spanish are not great with pillows but we did get used to them!
I have to rave about Spain-Select, they were so helpful before we went organising an excellent transfer. In fact on our return they organised another excellent transfer; the repatriation of 'Teddy' who got left on the apartment floor. I am so grateful. there is only one other villa company I would unhesitatingly recommend which is in Greece. To find another is a treasure to hold onto. They don't come about very often.
I'm now wondering about where to go next in Spain...perhaps I shall just go back to Seville next February to see the oranges on the trees, breathe the clear air and avoid the crowds!

We were a family of 3 who parked their car at the underground lot. Since you are in the Barrio de Santa Cruz it is a short walk to all of the major historical sights of Seville---Cathedral, Alcazar, Giralda Tower and the Casa de Pilatos. Also, there are excellent restaurants within a few steps of the apartment. In addition, there is an outstanding flamenco show nearby. The apartment was furnished with modern furniture and very comfortable and quiet. The reprentative (Momo) was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
It is a pleasure for us to know you enjoyed your stay at Santa Cruz I. We really appreciate your kind comments about our staff and the apartment conditions. We hope we will be having the opportunity to receive you again in the future.
