Surface area: 110m2. 2nd floor with lift. Entrance leads to the living area and dining area. The living room is equipped with 2, 2-seater sofas with a wooden coffee table in the center. Small flat screen TV and DVD on a separate TV table. Cupboard with books and CD player. Dining table seats 6 people. From the dining area you access one of the three bedrooms; twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m), fitted cupboards. This bedroom and the living room have balconies with views of the Cathedral. Right of the dining room you access the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a center table with chairs to seat 4 people. The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor and has two beds pushed together (0.90m x 1.90m), fitted cupboards and a small en suite toilet with sink. Room 3 is accessed from the corridor and has a trundle bed;1 bed under the other one (0.80m x 1.90m) and fitted cupboards. This bedroom can sleep 2 people. The bathroom with bathtub is between the master bedroom and the third room.

Booking the apartment went very smoothly as did gaining access to the property when we arrived. Very helpful service. The apartment was very well situated near the Cathedral with many cafes and bars in the street below. The apartment was modern inside and comfortable. The only difficulties were that we could not find any instructions in English as to how to operate the appliances or where to leave rubbish. It was a very good holiday

My family of 4 - 2 parents,2 children aged 11 and 15 - stayed in this incredibly charming apartment for a week in January 2013. An amazing location in the very atmospheric Barrio Santa Cruz literally metres from the Giralda and Cathedral with an abundance of tapas bars and restaurants on the doorstep. This apartment was one of the highlights of our recent European vacation! We were met at the apartment by the very charming 'Nono' who despite my limited Spanish and his limited English managed to convey all the essential information and most importantly very generously shared his recommendations for all sorts of amazing dining options. The apartment presents beautifully on the website and is just as beautiful in reality with an abundance of natural light. The rooms facing the street have very effective soundproofing but also lovely little balconies for soaking up a bit of street atmosphere. Being a couple of floors up and with a locked door onto the street it felt very private and secure. The area itself is always well populated and well lit and we felt very comfortable being out quite late with our children and never felt threatened. It is also a quick walk to amazing shopping which my daughter and I took full advantage of!! Very conveniently is a taxi rank literally out the front door! We absolutely loved this apartment and its sensational location and hope to return one day!
