Boasting a great central location in Santa Cruz, one of the oldest and most atmospheric neighbourhoods in Seville, this lovely one bedroom apartment is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city. Historical Santa Cruz is a maze of narrow streets and flower-filled patios, classical architecture and historic churches. As Seville's old Jewish Quarter it is one of the most beautiful of the city's barrios, and is deservedly popular with visitors and locals alike. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is one of the best in Seville for traditional tabernas and tapas restaurants – a leisurely evening tapeo in Santa Cruz is a quintessential experience and is not to be missed! It is home to many of the city's must-see sights and attractions, including the cathedral, the Alcázar, the Judería arch, and the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes. The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a traditional Andalucian building and effortlessly blends both comfort and style. Open-plan in design, the living area is spacious and bright, and is made up of a main sitting area and two small study areas. Floor-to-ceiling French windows run along one wall of the room, and lead out onto the impressive outdoor terrace. Complete with stone flooring, marble pillars and a dining table for six, it is the perfect place to enjoy an al-fresco meal or unwind after a long day's sight-seeing. The kitchen is functional and modern and comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is spacious and cool and comes with ample storage space, and has direct access to the tiled shower room. The entire apartment has been decorated throughout in warm tones, with quality furnishings and elegant modern touches. Please note we have another apartment; Santa Cruz I , in the same building for two families or groups of friends travelling together who are looking for additional privacy.
2nd floor accessed by lift. 65m2 + 25m2 terrace. The apartment is accessed through a small hall with the fully equipped kitchen on the left and cupboard space on the right. The living area has a 3-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs and a tall coffee table that can be used as dining table. There is a flat screen TV and DVD on a table with wheels. On the right hand side of the living area there is a glass desk and a large bookshelf. Access to the private terrace is from the living area. There is also a day bed in the living room which can be used for a child to sleep in upon request. The WC is accessed from the living room and has a connecting door to the shower room that is also accessed from the bedroom. The bedroom has two single beds pushed together to make one large bed, fitted cupboards, views to the private terrace and access to the bathroom. "Santa Cruz II, Seville was a very good experience; Spain Select"

Renting an apartment in Europe involves more work and advance planning than staying at a hotel but the difference in the quality of my vacation experience (as well as the cost) is very well worth it. The apartment Santa Cruz II in Seville is a high quality, very clean, quiet and comfortable, although not as bright in person as the website pictures. The only criticism is that there is no place to put the soap in the shower (except the floor, which is not a good idea) and there is no wastebasket in the bathroom. But having said that I should also point out that I thought it was a very cool bathroom design and the heated floor was delightful because we were there in November. Anyway, the really big thing to me was having the Spain Select agent waiting there to welcome us and that we had a Spain Select rep available to us by email during our stay to respond to any questions/problems. The only issue we had while we were there was finding a broken door on the washing machine so I presumed we would be leaving Seville with dirty clothes. But I emailed Spain Select and they had a repair man there the next day to fix it which was a really pleasant surprise. I should probably add that I have used other apartment agents in Europe and this was my first time with Spain Select, so I was a bit nervous about this rental. I have used Italyaccom for my Italian rentals and thought they were pretty weak on service but Spain Select leaves Italyaccom for dead. Spain Select really gets it right. When I am in a foreign country without the resources that I take for granted at home, an agent this good makes all the difference in the world. And just so you know, I am writing this review from our Spain Select apartment in Madrid and it is fabulous.

This is a lovely spacious apartment with all the amenities to ensure a very comfortable stay. It is tucked away in the Jewish quarter behind the cathedral, fabulous location! We were met at our taxi and escorted to the apartment as cars cannot go into these narrow cobbled streets. The service provided was excellent from booking right through to the local representative who was very helpful with suggestions on what to see and the best places to eat. Highly recommended!

Excellent service (professional and friendly); easy check in; lovely apartment (just as pictured); perfect location. Highly recommend the Spain Select group. (We also stayed in one of the Spain Select apartments in Madrid -- another wonderful experience.)

We were welcomed to our lovely apartment, which was exactly as it looked in the photos. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a wonderful surprise, especially as the temperature for the time of year was unusually chilly. The location was great and very central. Nono, who welcomed us was extremely helpful during our stay and gave us lots of advice and suggestions of places to visit and eat. Security was excellent and we felt very safe. It was useful to have a lift, especially with the luggage. There was nothing to dislike at all. We would definitely come again.

The Santa Cruz II apartment is a beautiful, luxurious apartment recently converted in what was an old convent in the centre of Santa Cruz. Despite being so central once you close the front door from the street into the cool central atrium in the common area it is a quiet oasis. The roof terrace is private and comfortable, with the sound of birds singing all day. This is the third apartment we have rented through Spain Select, all of the apartments have been immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and offered excellent value for money. This apartment is very central with some wonderful Tapas bars close by (don't miss El Pasaje - one of the best restaurants in Seville only 2 minutes from the front door). The Cathedral and the alcazar are only 5 minutes walk. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment - you will have a wonderful relaxing holiday.

This is a wonderful flat in the centre of Santa Cruz, Seville. Taxi service ordered via Spain Select excellent and doubt we'd have found the flat otherwise! The flat is lovely and in a really good location. Will certainly stay there again.

I hardly know where to begin to describe how happy we were with this apartment! It's location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of everything but very quite. It was so comfortable and beautifully decorated - with everything we could have possibly asked for in terms of conveniences. It was literally a few doors down from one of the top-rated flamenco venues - which we enjoyed tremendously.
And I can't say enough about our experience with Spain Select. From their excellent website with tons of photos and spot-on descriptions of the units to the prompt and friendly responses to emails - I would highly recommend them to anyone. We also stayed in one of their apartments in Madrid and were similarly pleased.
