Description

Villa Melini is a maisonette style traditional Villa with two bedrooms and a private pool, the southest of the two Villas Mamel. Located in the traditional village of Pagalochori, next to Sfakaki and Asteri, villa Melini is located 11 km east from the picturesque town of Rethymno.

A spacious open plan living room with two Cretan sofas, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and a washing machine are offered on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 bedrooms and a further common bathroom with bath-tub are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed and TV, and the second bedroom offers two single beds.

Both bedrooms and living area offer air-conditioning and balconies with mountain views. Outside, a 40 sqm private swimming pool is offered. It is surrounded by a stone terrace and a beautiful, lush green garden, with sun chairs and umbrellas. A stone barbecue is also available.
