As I snooped around to familiarize myself to my new surroundings, I found that I was not wanting for anything. You have thought of everything! Teapot, blender, flashlight, sandwich bags, etc. Perfection! Oh yeah, and an up-to-date People Magazine, that I just saw in the store today! My very favorite thing was finding a note and my name on it, waiting on the dining room table for me.

Our 2nd Labor Day at Lake Shore House. The farmer’s market in town on Saturday has an amazing selection of vegetables and eats. We played tennis on South High School’s courts, visited Kohler Art Museum downtown and just enjoyed lazing in this relaxing spot.
Theresa & Bruce, Urbana, Illinois
We returned to Lake Shore House to celebrate our 25th anniversary. As always, everything was perfect! We never get tired of the beautiful view, walks on the beach and just relaxing in this peaceful retreat. We purchased the poster “Colors of Love” to remember our special celebration.

My husband and I loved the Lakeshore House. It was cute, clean, and had beautiful views. There were many thoughtful surprises, like binoculars to view the birds and boats on the lake, and baby-gates to keep our dog out of areas of the house we didn't want him to go. Our only suggestions would be that Mark should add some paintings of the Lakeshore House to his notecards and art prints for sale -- We think people would love to purchase them as souvenirs. Also, I wish there had been a Keurig coffee maker. Finally, the backyard cliff kind of freaked me out, although it was beautiful. Some kind of fence might be nice. We couldn't let our dog out there without him being on a leash. Despite these details, we really loved it. Over all, it was a very lovely place that we would definitely recommend to others.
Thank-you for your review, it is helpful to receive feedback from guests at Lake Shore House. We have considered installing a fence, but our regular repeat guests told us it would obstruct the view. The house is on a bluff, not cliff, as there is 100 feet of land between the rear yard, gardens and Lake Michigan. We look forward to your next visit.
“Beyond our expectations!”

We were looking for a quick getaway. We found Lake Shore House and discovered an affordable place that offered fantastic views of Lake Michigan. Sheboygan has great local dining and entertainment throughout the year. Mr. Nash has created a comfortable and clean vacation home, that offers everything from soup to nuts. Just bring your food, sit back and enjoy beautiful sunrises on the lake and a relaxing atmosphere that won't break your bank
