Description
Luxury penthouse apartment in Šiauliai city centre with large private balcony, off road parking and free wireless internet. Sleeps 2 - 6 guests in two double bedrooms and optional sofabed in the living room. Newly decorated to a high standard throughout. Bed linens and towels provided.
We believe that our apartment is probably the best holiday rental in Šiauliai, due to our central location (less than 500m from the main pedestrian boulevard) and the stylish and comfortable nature of the apartment which was completely renovated in 2011. The apartment is located in a historic pre-war building, with many old details such as high ceilings and wooden floors, and a modern kitchen and bathroom in order to provide our guests with the best of both worlds.
Guests will have full access to the whole apartment, which consists of two double bedrooms, living room with TV/DVD player, dining room with space for up to 8 guests, kitchen / breakfast room and the large, south-facing private balcony.
You will be met by your hosts Bronius and/or Regina, who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment. They live close-by and are available in case of emergencies during the duration of your stay.
The apartment is located in Ausros aleja, the same street as Siauliai Cathedral, one block away from the main shopping and restaurant street in Šiauliai city centre. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies and the central post office are all within less than 500m. The main bus and train stations are 1.0 and 1.5km from the apartment.
We have been renting the apartment to visitors to Šiauliai for over 4 years now, and have been proud to welcome guests from many different countries including the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, Italy, Lithuania and Latvia. We hope you will find it to be the perfect base for your stay in Šiauliai!
