Delightful holiday cottage on the West Sussex coast 4 miles south of Chichester.

Lovely peaceful rural location - ideal for exploring the south coast, dog walking, cycling, bird watching or just chilling!

A short stroll from the Crab & Lobster gastro pub at Sidlesham Quay.

The cottage has a sheltered and sunny private garden and a courtyard with BBQ.

There are beams and underfloor heating.

“Lovely place to stay”

Hubby and I took dogs to this gorgeous cottage for 2 nights. Has everything u need, lovely big garden and tastefully decorated. Really enjoyed how peaceful it was. Definitely recommend it

“Weekend stay at Rookery Farm Barn”

Had a great time and the host Julia made us feel welcome with a tidy cottage and welcome treats and supplies. Fantastic location for Wildlife and Country walks. The Crab and Lobster Pub is a few minutes walk eith good ale and great food.

How do damage deposits work?
