Description

Proud to be awarded a "Certificate of Excellence," a Superhost and a Premier Host, Pebbles is a well-presented one-bedroom apartment with comfortable twin beds. Superbly situated just off Sidmouth seafront and a minute's easy walking to the town centre and restaurants, yet tucked away.

A well-presented and tastefully decorated apartment, Pebbles offers a comfortable lounge offering a TV and DVD player, sofa bed (for an extra person if required, or two at a push) and armchair, a small dining table with two chairs, coffee tables, electric fire with flame effects and cabinet storing books and a selection of games for your entertainment. Due to licensing laws, we are not allowed to provide a library of DVDs but please feel free to bring your own.

The separate bedroom has comfortable twin beds with 100% cotton bed linen made up ready for your stay, along with summer or winter duvets to ensure comfort. We also included quality bath and hand towels at no extra cost.

A separate fully-equipped kitchen with hopefully everything you would need. Built-in cupboards with breakfast bar and two stools, dishwasher, microwave, modern electric touch-button ceramic hob (no gas) and full-sized fridge/freezer. Crockery, pans, cutlery, glasses and all utensils provided.

A modern white bathroom suite tiled throughout with electric shower over the bath, hand basin, WC, extractor fan and heated towel rail.

Night storage heaters in the hall, bedroom and lounge. Additional electric heater with flame-effect in the lounge. Extra blankets provided in drawers too, if chilly.

For the comfort of other guests, we cannot accept pets or smokers.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children or infants.

There are 8 steps leading up to the terrace area from road level and 14 steps up from the private secure car park but there is also a lift that will take to the same level as your apartment with a short walk across to "Pebbles".

Access from 3pm and departure is by 10am.

Minimum stay can vary during off-peak seasons. The maximum stay for all UK Holiday-Lets is 30 days.

Pebbles has its own dedicated car parking space within the secure, gated car park with coded entry, all included in the rate. There is a height restriction on entry to the car park, therefore, not suitable for large vans or cars with roof boxes.

We will comply with the Government guidance on Covid-19.

Getting around

The apartment is set back from the seafront so the location couldn't be more ideal, just a minute's easy walk. Central to Sidmouth yet quiet. No need for a car to explore the sights of Sidmouth as you would be very centrally based. A minute's walk in the opposition direction to the sea brings you to the small bus station. Buses from here can take you to Exeter, Exmouth and Lyme Regis.

House rules

Age restriction - children over the age of 13 most welcome. Sorry, but due to a recent family staying and the young children were making a lot of noise, jumping off furniture and screaming all night long, I have promised the neighbours that I will no longer accept young children.
