Description

We have a 2 week minimum rental period. Tiffany Sands is a group of 9 townhouses directly on Crescent Beach. Our beach house is a stand alone unit(unattached). We have gulf views with 2 decks facing the Gulf of Mexico. It is a spacious 1,800 sq. ft. and newly decorated with a fully appointed kitchen, plus 3 1/2 baths and a 1 car garage. Each bedroom is a suite with it's own full bath. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV with internet, 3 large closets and a very large full bath (2 rooms) with two sinks and two skylights. It has views of the gulf right from the king size bed (you don't even have to lift your head from the down pillows) and there is also a deck with chairs, a great spot for your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, pullout twin love seat, desk with mulitfax, small deck and a full size bath. the third bedroom which is on the main level has a queen bed, desk area, full bath and sliders to the patio.On the main level (mid) there is: The kitchen very well equipped with sliding glass doors to the front deck, plenty of counter space, a pantry and a breakfast bar. The dining area has a table with an extra leaf. A half bath. The living room with smart flat screen TV, sliders to the mid deck with table and chairs, a SS gas grill and spiral stairs to the patio. Each room has a ceiling fan.

This is Island living at it's best.

We have a 2 week minimum.
