Called one of the most spectacular villas in Turks and Caicos, Villa Alamandra is located on the ocean in exclusive Silly Creek, with the rare combination of unparalleled ocean views from every room and the privacy you crave, yet all within fifteen minutes of every attraction the island has to offer.
Designed by an international award-winning architect and built with an attention to detail only rarely found in the Caribbean, Villa Alamandra boasts 8000 sq. ft of living area. Inspired by Balinese simplicity, the villa’s design is a fusion of interior and exterior spaces. Each of its three pavilions open completely to the ocean front terrace to capture the gentle trade winds, stunning sunsets and the awe-inspiring view of the famed Caicos Bank.
From the vaulted ceilings to the polished-coral flooring inside and out, the villa is appointed with the best appliances, elegant custom-designed fixtures, and the highest quality furnishings. Each room is a unique experience, from the fifteen hundred sq. ft. great room in the main pavilion, the stand-alone master pavilion with its spacious indoor/outdoor shower, to the three luxurious appointment bedrooms in the guest pavilion.
But as it should be, it is the natural surroundings that make the villa so special. Situated on close to two acres of land, lush gardens and soaring palms wrap the villa in tranquility. Walk across the hundred foot long bridge that appears to float amid tropical flowers, through an entryway framed by massive Japanese gates to the most amazing view of turquoise waters you will ever see.
Stroll through the hidden garden, relax in the infinity edge pool and become one with the sea, lounge on the tiered patio, or barbeque in a grove of palms and bougainvillea. Walk down the winding stone path to the secluded patio nestled in the rocks to view our amazing sunsets. Make your way down steps hewn by hand to the private dock and leap into the crystal clear, sandy-bottomed water, dotted with luminescent coral heads.
Welcome to Villa Alamandra—the perfect villa for family gatherings, private functions, weddings and other special occasions.

You walk in and immediately feel relaxed. The view is beyond amazing and you can basically sit outside all day - either under a roof or by a pool. The full kitchen was great, we did all breakfast and lunches at the Villa and then went out for dinner. The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms nice too. They had a washer dryer so I was able to go home with laundry already done. The staff was very helpful - the hot water heater pilot light went out twice but they are were immediately to relight it. Great experience. - John T., Texas, USA

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alamandra. There was plenty of room for everyone. Really enjoyed the layout of everything and it was so wonderful to wake up to the sunshine and pool and ocean views every morning. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and everything was there for us to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. Loved it! - Tonya B., West Virginia, USA

You never know what to expect when you rent online, but we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this villa. We didn\'t think that luxury retreats could out do themselves after a wonderful villa in Maui the year before.........but they did. Absolutely fabulous!

The concept of the villa was fantastic. The view was amazing. The stay, however, was not as advertised. Air conditioning was listed in the bedrooms. Upon arrival we were informed that there was no a/c in the house. Not that the a/c was not turned on, but rather there was no a/c. I only discovered them in the closets on our next to last day. This resulted in us having to sleep with the house completely open, all windows, all doors. It was a bit unsettling. This was compounded by an armed robbery next door. With no security, gates that did not lock and an open house, I did not sleep much. Further, the bugs were horrible. There were very large cockroaches that flew into the bedrooms during the night. I would not return.
