The service was outstanding as usual. This was the 3rd year in a row we have rented through a1 Vacation Rentals and James adams, who runs a1, was his usual outstanding self. James has always answered promptly our calls and addresses immediately any problem brought to his attention. The unit was spacious and was everything we needed. There was lots of closet/drawer space which everyone knows is essential for a ski vacation. The living room was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and other cooking implements.
There was a laundry room conveniently located just down the hall. On the same level was a swimming pool and hot tub. There was also a wonderful view up the valley toward the Eisenhower tunnel. The snow was so deep that some of this view was blocked this winter but I imagine it is even better in the summer time. There is also a bus stop for the free Summit Stage bus right outside the entrance to the condo complex which is very convenient.
We highly recommend this unit for summer or winter. The unit is well maintained, roomy and well located with nice views. There were two areas we hope can be improved for the future. These concerns may have more to do with the fact that we rented for an entire month. The internet/cable service provided was not up to the same standards as the rest of the unit. Internet sped was painfully slow at times and would make it difficult to conduct work if you are trying to stay connected to a job. The cable was a basic package and only provided high definition for 4 stations and standard def for all others. The was also no DVR for recording programs. As we never watch anything live anymore this was a big change for us. Internet speed will matter more to most than cable issues. Again, if you are only visiting for a week or few days, this may not be a concern at all.
Ps: We also had a beautiful fox who visited outside the door frequently looking for handouts.

We very much appreciated the well-kept condition of this rental unit. We also liked the interior furnishings and decor. The furniture and accessories fit the environment perfectly.
While the drive up and back was a bit long, the comfort of the unit made it worthwhile. We especially appreciated the spaciousness and the fact that everything was in such good repair and in excellent condition.
We would definitely recommend the unit and the management group.

Four friends and I rented this place for 4 days in July and we absolutely loved it! It was a cozy place with a great view. It came equipped with lots of kitchen utensils that were helpful in getting together a nice meal after a long day. Also, if I ever needed help with anything, I was able to give a call to the owners anytime. The value was very good and me and my friends hope to return!

Our family of four had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Buffalo Village. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Felt very safe on ground floor walkout with easterly views of the snow-free mountains. 1st weekend of December had dry roads, nice to have for the long, windy road up the steep hill to B.V. Had everything provided for a cozy and carefree three night stay. Elevator is nice. Game room fun. Pool, hot tub and sauna clean, quiet and convenient, as the laundry room. Management very responsive to requests for new remote control batteries and light bulbs. Plenty of towels and kitchen gear. Couldn't get the icemaker to work in the frig. Lots of firewood but very little kindling. All in all a very nice accommodation! Looking forward to a return visit.

This condo was perfect for 5 friends getting together for fun and shopping! It was quiet, in a beautiful location with nice views. I was impressed by how clean it was and by the amenities left for our use. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from Buffalo Village were great. Kids loved the indoor pool. My only complaint was the common areas, game room, etc. were very hot. May be a thermostat issue.

the condo was beautiful, comfortable, and plush. The amenities at buffalo village were above average, great pools, convenient laundry room, easy access. great views up on the ridge, and a good central location between keystone, breckenridge and arapahoe basin ski resorts. we will be back for sure.

I would definitely check in to staying here again if I needed something in the the Summit County area. Great location for many activities but not on the main drag with all the busyness. Great price. Hot tub/pool access within the building definitely a plus.
