APPARTAMENTI IN STRUTTURA RESIDENZIALE DI 5 PIANI CON ASCENSORE, A 300 MT DALLA SPIAGGIA, fine e di sabbia a meno di 5 minuti di cammino a piedi, ZONA TRANQUILLA E VERDE A CIRCA 2 KM. DAL CENTRO. Nelle vicinanze moderne attrezzature utili e di svago: supermarket, centri commerciali, bar, ristoranti, discoteche e negozi di ogni genere. Il Giovedì mercato locale dove troverete articoli di ogni genere a prezzi vantaggiosi e da Giugno a fine Agosto viene allestito un favoloso luna park con ogni divertimento per bambini e adulti.

ARREDATI E ACCESSORIATI , per il numero di posti indicati, anche di stoviglieria per l’uso cucina totalmente funzionale, con cucina a gas, frigorifero, lavatrice (solo nei trilocali) e TUTTI CON AMPIO BALCONE ATTREZZATO PER MANGIARE ALL'APERTO e PARCHEGGIO PRIVATO, RISERVATO AI NOSTRI CLIENTI, RECINTATO LIBERO INCUSTODITO.

Sono dotati di attacco TV (possibilità di noleggiare a pagamento Tv a colori 14 pollici presso la nostra struttura o comunque ammesso l'uso di televisore proprio), citofono e impianto Culligan addolcitore di acqua ad uso potabile. Possibilità di portare animali nella struttura su richiesta e dietro pagamento di corrispettivo (anche sulla spiaggia ... gratuitamente!!!!
